Vi är supernöjda med det här hotellet. Hotellet var väldigt fint och mysigt och personalen var oerhört hjälpsamma. Åker vi tillbaka till Kilkenny igen, så kommer vi definitivt att bo på det här hotellet igen!

Så centralt det gick att komma.
Det är ett fanstiskt charmigt hotell. Precis som hela staden. Rymligt fräscht rum. Mitt i smeten med en massa pubar runt om. God frukost och mat.

Upgraded to a beautiful room with king bed and view of the town n castle out our window. I love rooms with 20 foot ceilings. Decor is perfect breakfast was fabulous and best location. We will be back. highly recommended

Good location in the center of Kilkenny, walkable to everything. Parking garage is just up the street a minute walk away. The room was freezing and couldn’t get the space heaters to work because the front desk woman didn’t tell me that you have to put your room key card in some slot to get any electricity to work and then they still didn’t work. Another younger woman was very helpful and fixed the heat situation. This hotel had music pumping until 2am. After traveling all day this was the last thing we wanted to hear. If you want to party stay here. I won’t be back

Great location in this medieval town. 2 minutes from castle Kilkenny! The elevators were down and staff was awesome as they moved us to first floor and took care of our luggage so not an inconvenience! Great breakfast too!

Nice hotel. The lift was not working; a little pain to lug luggage up. The shower pressure was wonderful. They had nice food in the bar area with a nice breakfast selection. Bed was comfortable.

Great location. Loved the live music. Breakfast was very good. The bath in the room was the smallest I’ve ever seen though so impossible to have a relaxing soak and the bed was a bit too hard. We both woke up with blocked noses so I think there was dust in the room.

Ok Guys, this is the best place to stay in Kilkenny. You can not get a better location, wonderful staff, great room, the food is lovely. You are only a 5 minutes from the Castle Kilkenny and Smithwicks. The shopping is only 100 steps away. The parking garage is across the street. The front desk lady was the best ever. Honestly, don't even think about it and book this hotel. Beautiful. I travel from South Carolina to Kilkenny Ireland and this was an amazing experience.

Nice hotel, lovely staff
Hotel and room were lovely clean and comfortable, I do think the room bathroom could do with upgrading but it was very clean. Staff were all lovely and pleasent. We were very disappointed with our evening meal in the bar but the breakfast was lovely. Would stay again.

I was disappointed with the room it was so small and the bed was small too not what I expect for 250 euro for the night. I have stayed here a few times and every other time I was so happy. The bed wasn’t that comfortable either. The staff and food and drinks were nice though

Disappointing stay
Air conditioning was a glorified fan resulting in 2 nights bad sleep. Not what I expected at a 4 star hotel. In the restaurant I tried to swap out a starter that was not on the fixed menu but the same price to be told it was impossible. The hotel doesn’t have parking and no discounted rate at the public car park for residents

This hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of Kilkenny. A short walk to the castle and bridge to see the other side of town. Beautiful decor and rooms. Be prepared there is no heat or air. The weather is pretty temperate but my husband likes it cold when he sleeps. So, he opened the windows and it was pretty loud since we are in the heart of town. Nice breakfast at the hotel and the Left Bank bar on the corner was a swanky treat. We loved Kilkenny.
