Hotel loss power for several hours prior to our arrival, when we got there was no power. We did not even check in, we ask for a refund so my family and I can go to another hotel with power, and the guy at the front desk was very rude, raise his voice and refuse to refund because and I quote "I am not responsible for the storm we had, so NO, I can not and will not refund your money." No power, so no air conditioning, no lights to even walk on the hallway. The guy won't even make eye contact as he is yelling.
