“This was a very nice property. The cleaning service could have done a better job. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs. “Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. ”

“This space felt like a retreat in the middle of a neighborhood. It was walkable to downtown, and plenty of food and drink in the Heights area. Parking was a breeze and never had any issues with the on-street parking. Walking the neighborhood was also a treat because of the history and the architecture. The only thing I wished for was a firmer bed and firmer pillows - but that's my preference! Everything else was smooth, relaxing, and beautiful! ”
