“This studio apartment had everything we needed and extra. Diane was great to communicate with and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen worked well for our short stay. Even though there are no windows there is lots of lighting and mirrors. It was an easy walk to the beach. If you want a view of the ocean this isn’t the place for you, however.”

“We absolutely loved this property. It's only a few blocks from the beach but we preferred to drive over due to the main road being 2 blocks away. But it was so quiet and peaceful. Even when we were outside in the hot tub, we both kept commenting how quiet it was. The property itself was gorgeous. It felt like a flip or reno from an HGTV show. Everything was up to date, stylish and the bed was super comfy. Simply can't say enough good things about this property.”

“Lovely rental, we would stay again. Location, cleanliness, space and decor were wonderful for a couple! Note, you do have to drive to the beach because of busy street between the rental and ocean. Only took a few minutes. We were here in the winter. I assume it would be busier in the summer. ”

“The tiny house was cozy and clean and there were a lot of thoughtful little touches like recommendations to restaurants and coffeeshops. We appreciated the clever use of space and the close walk to the beach. It was a lovely getaway. A couple suggestions: 1) include instructions for the hot plate . 2) Store items outside in a shed; the property looked a little cluttered.”

“The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”

“Perfection! We had a lovely time at Garden by the Sea and communication was excellent. Great location to walk to sunrise and/or sunset. Close to restaurants, beach, sound and Duck Boardwalk.”

“Property and host were great. This is a perfect place to stay for a quick trip to the beach. It was quiet, clean and host was so welcoming. There were some really interesting walks through the Reserve, so you can come to the beach, enjoy the beach and enjoy the woods.”

“Kitchen was well stocked but refrid needs to be updated with ice maker. Kitchen cabinets and oven were not clean. Outside was poorly lit and there were no street lights which made entering the home at night difficult. ”

“Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!”

“Property included lots of activities for families - shuffleboard, table tennis and indoor pool were our favorites. Everything was clean and stocked ( pots, extra bedding) and included free laundry machines! ”
