Had a very nice stay, very kind staff and family-like atmosphere. Good to have the hotel’s shuttle service to the main lifts but own car is preferable when skiing

Hotellet, maten samt personalen var toppen. Otroligt bra mat och fin service. SPA-avdelningen hade allt man kunde önska. Fantastisk trädgård med fin pool. Det enda att klaga över var att rummet, som var uppgraderat, var väldigt trångt.

Ett toppenhotell från början till slut.
Vi stannade här en natt på vår resa genom Österrike. Hotellet förtjänar sina fem stjärnor. Ett fint mottagande och man tog snabbt hand om vår bil och vårt bagage. Vi fick ett fint rum med utsikt över trädgården. Sköna sängar och sängkläder av klass. Hotellets spa var ok, men inte det bästa vi har upplevt genom åren. Dock på den övre skalan. Frukosten var bland den bästa vi upplevt. Servicen var mycket bra och man bjöd på ett fantastiskt utbud av allt man kan önska sig. Sammanlagt ger vi högsta betyg och vi återkommer gärna.

This is an incredibly charming, elegant old world hotel. The setting is glorious, within walking distance to the town of Kitzbühel and close to many fantastic trails for all levels of hiking. The breakfast buffet was varied and bountiful and the meal we had at the restaurant was wonderful. Because we had paid significantly more per night ($100) than the price listed on Expedia 3 days prior we received a room upgrade which was a lovely compensation but the difficulty in getting truthful, accurate information about the price match policy, to say nothing of the near impossibility of actually getting the price match is extremely frustrating.

This hotel is lovely as are the staff. Location for walking was ideal. Near the centre of Kitzbuhel but very very quiet. Very good food, particularly breakfast.

Old school charme mit top Küche und Service
Old school charme! Auf den ersten Blick schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt. Aber der Service ist wirklich professsionell und top. Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, gutes Bett und sehr sauber. Lage am Hügel sehr schön, gute Aussicht und in der Nacht sehr sehr ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet ist Spitzenklasse und in dieser Qualität sehr selten geworden, viele lokale Produkte und sehr gut gekocht. Auch Dinner sehr zu empfehlen, alles auf hohem Niveau gekocht, ganz anders als "Hotelküche" sondern eine Freude jeden Abend. Der Service passt dazu, der Oberkellner ist top.

Everything you could ask for in an alpine village that happens to also be a great ski resort with wonderful people. The hotel team were equally spectacular- convivial, friendly, jovial, warm and yet professional. Very welcoming. Couldn’t have had a nicer stay. Food was excellent too.

ol Hotel mit ganz viel Charme
Tolles LuxusHotel mit ganz viel Charme. Sehr aufmerksames und herzliches Team und der Empfang war auch sehr liebevoll. Wir haben in der Junior Suite gewohnt und es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wir würden dieses fantastische Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Un ritorno felice e ancora più piacevole. Davvero notevole la location, naturalmente per chi apprezza questo genere di albergo. Da segnalare assolutamente la cucina, sia alla prima colazione che alla cena. Gran relax, silenzio pulizia alla Spa. Tutto quanto volevo ritrovare!

A local gem
A gem in a great location. Fab. service, sumptuous breakfast, fantastic food. And through in a very nice spa and relax lounge. And on top the possibility to stay in Ian Flemmings suite - the 007 room. But as to be expected, it does not come cheap...quality costs....

Dear P., thanks for your feedback. You never stayed with us! It is not fair to write such a feedback if you never stayed with us. You have cancelled your reservation two or three days prior arrival! How would you rate our hotel if you were not our guest? HOW? You never stayed with us! You have booked an SPECIAL DEAL - with 100% deposit at the moment of booking - non refundable: Not possible to cancel or change the dates anymore. This is written in big letters in your confirmation. Please, if you do not know your travel plans exactly - do not book a non refundable rate! We recommend a travel insurance for this, too. We do offer 2 different rates: 1 rate is flexible with the cancellation and the other one is a little bit cheaper (deal) - but only bookable with 100% deposit. Excelente experiência: quarto espetacular, serviço muito professional mas simultaneamente muito simpatico e familiar. Restaurante muito bom, sobretudo o pequeno almoço é superior ao da maioria dos hoteis de 5 estrelas. REcomendp fortemente e tenciono repetir.
