“1st class hotel. The staff are so friendly, nothing is a bother to the staff. Made my daughter's 6th birthday super special, brought her pancakes for breakfast with nutella then give her a card & chocolates. That night we brought a birthday cake for after dinner not only did all the staff sing to her but the whole bar sang aswell made it extra special. Swimming pool was clean with heated floors in the changing rooms aswell.”
