I am so sorry your towel rack found but happy you mentioned it when you checked out so that it could be repaired. During peek times it does take several minutes for hot water to reach rooms towards the end of the building, I am so sorry your traveling companion experienced this. I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Was their something wrong with your room? Our front desk physically closes at 11pm, however, a phone number is posted for the GSR's on property to assist guests as needed.
