Kanonhotell i bästa läge!
Ett mycket trevligt hotel med vänlig och behjälplig personal. Att det fanns en food court på hotellet med 8-9 olika restauranger förhöjde den trevliga känslan ännu mer. Läget är kanon med endast 400 meter till Jordan metro station. Dessutom fanns det massor av restauranger och shopping i området. Enda negativa var att jag upplevde sängen som för hård och när jag frågade om det fanns något de kunde göra fick jag ett extra sängskydd som "madrass". I övrigt inget negativt.

This hotel is always excellent and reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and have all you need. The bed is clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Located in a very convenient area in Tsim Sha Tsui and close to MTR Jordan station - so very easy to move around. The restaurants are super good even if you are not staying here. The bar is awesome - Terrible Baby - great cocktails with super friendly staff and great service. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Location is excellent. Can walk to subway stations within 5 minutes. Room is clean but moist. You have to turn on the aircon for 24 hours to get your bed feels dry enough to sleep into. Amenities are a little bit old but still in good enough condition. Good for what you've paid for.

The hotel's 24 hour front desk was a great help for our late arrival. When we arrived at 3am, the staff inquired if we needed an extended stay, which is very thoughtful. Staff are friendly.

I think the cleaning lady on the 7th floor turned on the light which showed no cleaning needed. I asked her the next morning to clean. She changed the towels but did not even clear the garbage bin in the bedroom. Again, she turned on the switch which showed on the outside that no cleaning is needed. As well, the dust behind the bedroom garbage bin has been accumulated for a while.

Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. The location is awesome, convenient to restaurants, 7 eleven for drinks, MCD for the kids, and shopping. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful, process was great. Only complaint is with the room, specifically the bathroom. The toilet was gross, was not clean, and showed the remains of the last user. It was gross. But overall, I will rebook and stay here again the next time I am in Hong Kong.

Overall had a great time! The room was as advertised, we were on a higher floor so could not hear noise from downstairs bar or outside. We were allowed to check in quite a bit early which was greatly appreciated. Staff were friendly.

The Eaton is in a great location near Temple Street Night Market, and close to the Metro to go everywhere. The rooms are well insulated and quiet. The terrace lounge and rooftop pool are great amenities. Their spaces for cultural activities such as art, films, etc. makes this a vibrant place. Once we discovered the food hall, we ate there several times. There is a good variety of dining options within the Eaton and they are all very popular. Staff is helpful and the facilities were very clean. Would really recommend the Eaton for those who want to be in the middle of everything and close to public transit.

This is the third time I stayed at this property because I like the location. It's close to MTR station, food, and shopping. I didn't like our room so much this time because it is very small and no room to unpack at all. The carpet needs to be replaced also.

Overall a nice hotel but overpriced for what it is. The room was much smaller than the photos online indicated. I had a few hours between checkout and my flight and asked if I could wait by the pool but this was rejected. This has never been an issue with other hotels and the way FOH house handled it was disappointing. The check-out was also quite abrupt. Breakfast was good though.

Staff were quick and helpful. Very fun place. The food hall was amazing! Rooms are clean and quiet hallway. Loved the amenities, such gorgeous scents. Very happy to be in the middle of the area and have a quiet spot to relax in.

Easy check-in and check-out. Booked two rooms and managed to have them next to each other. Several dining options and must admit the Yat Tung Heen Restaurant food was flawless. Haven't tasted better food anywhere else. Very helpful staff. Rooftop pool was lovely and warm. Glass lift gave you a great view. Rooftop bar was enjoyable too.

This is our 4th time at the Eaton in Hong Kong and as expected it was good. The price is ok for the area, the hotel is clean and well kept, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to Hong Kong and recommend the hotel for family stays.
