“Sand Dollar is a great place to stay: convenient location, secure, great snorkeling and diving right out front, within an easy walk of some good restaurants. This condo is a great choice for a couple--it's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We try to find a screened porch for any island vacation so we don't need so much bug spray, and we made full use of this one! The property manager, Pierre, was very helpful and Laura was friendly and gracious. We'd love to come back.”

“This well-appointed corner condo has beautiful views of Klein Bonaire. We watched the ships come and go from Kralendjk. The location is perfect for snorkeling right out front or at the close by southwest spots. Close to airport and a great supermarket. This is our second stay. We will be back!”

We were able to enjoy everything. My son and husband had several guided dives with the dive shop across the street --so the location was perfect for them to walk. Had everything you might need and Christine, the owner is very quick to offer help when needed . We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day of Windsurfing in Lac Bay. Very easy to snorkel right from the condo, with the stair entry. This was our second stay at Reefs Edge and would definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed the space this condo provides. The furnishings in the bedroom are nice but the mattress is due for replacement. The wall hangings could use improvements like some fish photos, for example. We loved hanging out on the screened porch and watching the sunsets, swimming, diving and snorkeling in front of the Sand Dollar condo grounds. “We absolutely loved this condo! It was incredibly beautiful and pristine. The living area and kitchen were spacious and the decor was pretty and bright. There was an amazing view of the ocean to enjoy from either inside the apartment or from the large terrace. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. There was parking available on the property. “Making our 17th trip to Bonaire, our “go to” place to stay is always Sand Dollar. Studio F9 was perfect for just the two of us. And it had everything we needed to enjoy our much needed vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if preparing meals on those occasions when you just want to eat in. Learning how the stove worked was kind of an adventure, but we had excellent directions. Very quiet with a view that will calm your soul! Thank you Mitzi!”

“spacious property, with all you could need in terms of amenities. up a few flights of stairs, no lift so might be an issue for some. view was great of the sea. right in town so shops restaurants all nearby. On the negative side, not the property owners fault there is new building work next door. Also for 3 nights of our stay the local bikers were very noisy, backfiring exhausts till the early hours, and that was on the street next to this apartment.”

“Just returned from our latest trip to Bonaire. While not new to the island, this was our first time staying at Sea Star in Playa Lechi. Everything was excellent. The apartment was just as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, extremely well equiped, and had a wonderful view and patio. Vera was so easy to work with. Responsive, great communications, and there for anything we needed. “The hotel is located on the water, which allows for swimming, snorkeling, and diving right from the pier. The pier is also shaded, which makes lounging a relaxing experience. There is a dive shop across the street for all water activities, and dive tanks are kept onsite. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay very enjoyable.”

“Very quiet location, clean and welcoming”

“The only thing we would change would be adding bathroom doors but all the couples navigated that nuance of the very modern design. Everything was perfect. The property manager Eva was above and beyond and even came to my rescue to use her phone when my car got a flat tire (Verizon doesn’t work in Bonaire). Housekeeping came midweek which was an unexpected treat. The location couldn’t be better. We spent lots of time at Ocean Oasis and Delfins as they were right there. House reef was beautiful....
