Fantastisk personal, rent och trevligt. Bodde på andra 4 och 5 stjärniga i Bali och The Kana var helt klart nr 1. Det enda man kan klaga på är läget, men med en 10-15 min promenad är man både i centrala gatan och vid Kuta Beach.

Very comfortable hotel
The Kana Kuta is a really nice hotel. Check-in and check-out went flawless, it's very clean everywhere, the room is comfortable (with balcony can be recommended), very polite staff and a relaxing pool area. The breakfast was amazing. The only minus point is the location. The hotel lies a bit off and you need to go through the crazy traffic in Kuta but instead it's a quite location and there are shuttles twice a day to the beach. I can recommend The Kana after all.

Fantastisk bemötande de lät mig check in tidigare och bjöd på välkomstdrink och snacks. Läget är inte det bästa men hotellet i helhet super, rent, fräscht och modernt. Notera att det gick shuttle buss två ggr per dag så de 20 minutrarna det annars tar att gå in till city och strand kan undvikas och dessutom gratis.

Jag och min flickvän stannade här i två nätter. Vi hade en utmärkt vistelse här! Jättebra service, god mat, jättefina rum! Älskade de! De är en liten bit att gå från shoppingen och stranden, men vi hade inget emot de. Avskilt och tyst är bättre!

Property was Good staff was excellent great people great service. Apart from one incident when I have booked my tour through hotel and asked them to pack my box for breakfast but driver was late and other people having breakfast so I thought I can have some juice and bread but one staff came and asked me not to eat because they have packed my 😊 Rice box. I believe there is way to approach your customer’ I returned my lunch box. Very embarrassing moment. Otherwise, great staff, very helpful

2人1部屋朝食付きで約5000円で泊まりました。 プールも綺麗で、朝食も美味しく満足なクオリティーです。タクシーもチャーターしてくれるので大変助かります。 ホテル周辺の治安があまりよくはない(バイクの飛び出しが危険、歩行者がいるのは基本無視)ので、注意は必要です。

I stayed there for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet and clean, the staff where always helpful and friendly and on my rest days when I wasn't site seeing, I made good use of the pool and hotel restaurant which to my surprise was very reasonably priced compared to so many tourist traps. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach which is difficult to do in the heat but only a 5 minute grab ride away. It's location was hidden off the main busy streets so you don't hear hardly any noise. It's a 7 minute walk away from a huge shopping mall which is tricky to get to by foot as you have to cross a busy motorway through a series of sketchy zebra crossings and there is conveniently a Circle K just outside the hotel.

We spent 2 nights here between flights in Bali. Close to the galleria to buy last minute things, close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We would stay here again.

The staff go above and beyond for you, they always left a nice note after they cleaned our rooms and always greeted us with a huge warm smile. I walked into a hot room. I was given an open, hot bottle of water to drink. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel needs upgrading.

This is such a lovely hotel, I stay here every time I visit Bali. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional, which makes each stay a pleasure. The hotel is set away from the main road so there is no traffic noise at all. It is well kept inside and out, with the staff taking great care to keep the environment clean and tidy.

The Jana has great staff and reasonable rooms at a reasonable price. Have stayed there twice now and will stay again , it’s a 5 $ cab fare to waterbom park.

Wonderful stay at The Kana. Staff were exceptional and always so friendly willing to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious with great options. Hotel is in a convenient location close to the airport, shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms can use a little updating but overall great stay.

Was just outside of the main markets and chaos and then only a 2.00au grab ride away. Can walk around with out being pestered by people trying to sell you something.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kana. Property was clean, safe and quite. Only drawback is the restaurant was not airconditioned. So a little bit warm during summer.

It was amazing to stay at the hotel. The rooms are not that modern but the service is just exquisite. Staff always carrying a smile on their face. Rooms are kept clean and the breakfast buffet is the best we ever had!!!

Very friendly staff. Keen to help and advise. Gym equipment was old and didn’t work well. WiFi sometimes cut out intermittently. Would have liked to see an iron in the room and also a wall mounted clock or time on the default TV screen.
