Terrible wifi that does not work. Water leaking from the ceiling. Toilet does not flush properly. The price was WAY too high for what the hotel offered.

The staff and conditions of the hotel were great. The location of the hotel to otger things near by is also good. The only drawbacks were you cant really swim infront of the hotel, its extremely shallow even at high tide and the AC in the room wasn't the best. other than that no problems.

Nice place to stay could use better a/c
Nice big room. Ours was facing the street. I believe only one of the rooms actually faces the water. The included breakfast is the same every morning which is eggs and bacon with toast with a pancake or cereal. The other option is 1 of 2 Indian based breakfast, one is thin layer of mashed potatoes between naan and the other is puffy bread with a potato curry dish. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My main complaint would be that the a/c never got the room very cool. At night we slept on top of the sheets and it was cool enough to be comfortable. During the day the a/c just slowed down how quickly the room got hot.

The guest house is in a great location relatively near to the union estate (access to Anse Source d’Argent) and next to a tiny supermarket. A small little restaurant downstairs serving mostly Creole and Indian cuisine. We had a comfortable stay...

Recommend Ocean View room.
We stayed in the Ocean View room which is the only room facing the sea. We enjoyed the view, balcony, and sound of the waves at night. Other rooms face inland or north or south to adjacent buildings. Sagar and the entire staff were especially helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Dinner was good.

Strandlage und Nähe zum Anse Source d'Argent
Wir waren begeistert von der tollen Lage direkt am Strand und der Nähe zum Anse Source d'Argent. Nettes kleines Hotel mit nur 4 Zimmern. Nach einer Nacht im Zimmer #2 durften wir umziehen in das Zimmer #1 mit direktem Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und die Sauberkeit gut. Hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und zuvorkommende Service des Personals, insbesondere des Hotelmanagers. Extrawünsche wurden möglich gemacht, alle Fragen wurden mit einem Lächeln beantwortet. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

not really a beach hotel, but nice otherwise
beach at hotel is horrible so really should not be considered beach hotel. there is no space to lay on the sand even. hotel location is great for travel to source d'argent beach which is best beach on the island staff are nice and helpful also no wifi in the rooms. big negative

Semplice ma bello, confortevole e intimo
Un'ottima scelta per La Digue, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo (considerando i normali prezzi delle Seychelles). L'hotel è piccolo, intimo e raccolto, l'atmosfera romantica, ideale per un viaggio in coppia. È difficile ottenere la stanza numero 1 (quella con vista mare) ma anche la numero 2 (dov'eravamo noi) ha un terrazzino con parziale vista mare. In ogni caso, l'hotel dà direttamente sulla spiaggia, anche se non è una delle spiagge più belle o più balneabili dell'isola. Si possono noleggiare biciclette presso l'hotel, cosa molto utile per La Digue. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, che ci ha permesso di fare il late check-out e ci ha fatto uno sconto sul noleggio delle bici. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, vicina sia al centro sia alla spiaggia Source d'argent, anche la Grande anse è raggiungibile in bici. La colazione è semplice e non c'è molta scelta, ma io ho apprezzato la versione indiana. Segnalo qualche piccolo inconveniente che comunque non altera il giudizio eccellente complessivo. La TV (con i principali canali e anche Rai Italia) all'inizio ha dato qualche problema, ma poi ha funzionato. Il wi-fi c'è in camera e funziona, ma si disconnette spesso e bisogna ogni volta riconnetterlo. Le prese elettriche sono solo di modello inglese. L'asciugacapelli fornito in camera aveva invece uno spinotto europeo, e non c'è stato verso di farlo entrare nella presa! Non viene fornito il doccia schiuma, solo shampoo e sapone.

Avis mitigé Pour les + : accueil sympa par le réceptionniste très serviable, le petit jardin qui donne sur la plage, très beau et agréable, accès à plein de magazines (la plupart en allemand cependant) et livres, probablement laissées par de précédents voyageurs, serveuses très gentilles au petit dej, proximité avec les plages de l'anse source argent à quelques dizaines de mètres à vélo... Pour les - : pas très bien indiqué (il y a une enseigne au portail mais à peine visible de par ses couleurs), j'y suis arrivé à vélo (heureusement ! car ce n'est pas si proche de l'embarcadère que la carte le laisserait croire donc avec les bagages et la chaleur à l'arrivée...) et ai du demander mon chemin. Pas de prises internationales dans le chambres NI d'adaptateur à disposition... il faudra penser à avoir votre adaptateur ou recharger vos appareils dans le salon avec l'unique câble à dispo ou encore brancher vos appareils en prises françaises à la sauvage (en forçant la prise terre avec le câble d'un autre appareil et enfoncant en même temps votre câble dans les autres trous)... enfin la chambre simple deluxe a bien un petit balcon mais PAS sur la mer contrairement à ce que la photo reçu avec la réservation fait croire ! et ça c'était TRES décevant, les autres critères on s'y fait mais je n'aurai pas réservé cette chambre avec cette information.

The room comfortable and the staff were great. There was no robe and slippers as it said there would be and you had to go down to the lobby or call for pots of tea and coffee, it couldn't actually be made in the room. However, the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was reasonably well-located. Daytime staff was helpful, when present. However, often not available or did not show up. Evening/overnight staff was entirely useless and did not appear to have any ability to solve (or interest in solving) very minor problems that arose. Food at the restaurant was the worst we ate during our entire stay in the Seychelles. Staying here was acceptable (if expensive given the accomodations), but would recommend eating elsewhere. Lack of wifi was also disappointing.

Wunderhübsch und mit nur 4 Zimmern sehr familiär. Allerdings hatten wir die Freude des Ocean-View Zimmers, während die anderen Zimmer nicht ganz so schön sind. Sehr freundlicher Service. Strand vor dem Hotel ist etwas klein und stark von Gezeiten geprägt, dafür ist der Sonnenuntergang traumhaft.

The beach front room is nice. The restaurant looks very nice but the food is poor - too much to choose from and low quality. The staff is nice but not quite personal enough for a small guest house.

Svært stille og fredelig. Kun 4 rom. Savnet sjøutsikt fra rommet, men det er rett på liten ok strand, så ikke noe problem. Sykkelleie på hotellet. Kunne vært høyere standard på serveringen, men bytte av eiere siste dag av oppholdet kan ha vørt årsak til et par små mangler. Vi storkoste oss

Merita il suo nome di Relax Beach House.
Cinque minuti a piedi dal parco della famosissima Source d'Argent. Di fianco all'albergo è collocato un mini-market attrezzatissimo. Colazione e cena alla carta (pesce freschissimo, consiglio la mezza pensione) sotto un pergolato in riva al mare. Personale molto gentile ed in grado di aiutarti per ogni piccola esigenza. Frequentato dai tedeschi, è un ottimo target anche per gli italiani, soprattutto coppie o famiglie.

Amazing Find
Wonderful hotel! Very welcoming , hotel is recently new so everything is modernized and still smells new. Hold only 4 rooms, so it's nice and quiet. Food was great. The house is located right on the beach and about 1/2 a mile from the worlds famous beach. We had to get laundry done and they were very fast at getting it back to us. We were extremely happy to have chosen this place!! I would say the only downside is the hotel is across the street from a school which was sometimes loud with children, but if you don't stay at the hotel during the day you are fine.

Le Relax Beach House - один из новых отелей на Ла Диге, комнаты, мебель, сантехника - все новое и исправное. Скорее это не отель, а гостевой дом на 4 номера с маленьким рестораном на 1-м этаже. Очень удобное расположение для исследования острова - ровно посередине между всеми достопримечательностями. Пляж перед отелем мелкий, для купания непригоден, как и все остальные на этом берегу, но до настоящих пляжей 20 мин. на велосипеде - не пожалеете! Персонал приветливый, старается предугадать желание гостя и помочь по-возможности. Супер интерьеров и сервиса ждать не стоит, но на Сейшелы едут не за этим.. На наш взгляд - один из лучших вариантов размещения на Ла Диге. Сергей и Юля.

Nice place to stay in La Digue
We really enjoyed our stay at Le Relax Beach Hotel in La Digue. There were only 4 rooms, so we felt like we were staying at a bed and breakfast. The included breakfast was really yummy too! Great omelettes! The front desk staff person (Joshi), the kitchen chef, and the chambermaid/waitress were really friendly and helpful! We really liked the decor of the hotel as well - it was very modern and chic, with a spacious high ceiling in our room. We loved our beachfront view and balcony, which provided great views of the sunset. We would definitely recommend a visit to La Digue! It was such a charming island where the main mode of transportation was by bike! Beautiful beaches as well! We would go back again if it weren't so far away (we came from San Francisco, CA, which is exactly halfway around the world!). But it was definitely worth the trip and made our honeymoon that much more special!

Very luxurius room, like on the picture.... Nice view... BUT hard bed... BUT no water during the day!!!!! EVERY DAY OF OUR VISIT!!! ----a real shame---- We had to use the toilet of the staff downstairs!!!! We went to other hotel for taking a shower!!!!! NO Wifi in the room, as we were told there was!!! Very expensive internet on the Island.... Bad ventilation of the room and bathroom... SMELLL of the kitchen in room and bathroom... There were no guests in the hotel. We know why... TOOOO expensive in comparison with the hotels, next door in same street, where we had to go for taking a shower af swimming in the sea Very basic breakfast.... If we didn't had payed in advance, we would have moved out immediately NO MORE Thanks
