För priset är det ett utmärkt läge nära strand och Village of La Jolla, gratis parkering, frukost (om än enkel) ingår, nyrenoverat (2019) och fräscht. 10 min med bil från företag, institut och universitet på Torrey Pines Mesa.

Worth every penny
This place was a very pleasant surprise. We had a bad experience with a motel the night before our stay at Travellodge, so our expectations were low, but we were very very happy with our stay! The front desk guy was super friendly and welcoming, and the room was nice and spacious. The area of La Jolla is really nice too, and the beach is only 5 minutes away. If I come back to San Diego, I'll definitely stay at this place again!

Vi trivdes mycket bra på hotellet som låg i ett lugnt område. Det tog cirka 20 minuter att ta sig in till San Diego. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var tillräcklig för oss.

Our hotel is located in a wonderful quiet location only a few minute walk to the beach, just a mile south of downtown La Jolla and a short drive to all San Diego’s major attractions. Every morning in our office, we offer a free continental Bear Bites breakfast which includes bagels, muffins, pastries, Danish, toast, 2 types or cereal, oatmeal, apples, oranges, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, whole and 2% milk, orange juice and more. We are happy you chose to stay with us while you were visiting the states and hope to see you the next time you’re in gorgeous La Jolla!

Bra hotell
Trevligt hotell med närhet till fin strand. Bra hotell med tanke på läge och pris. Promenadavstånd till La Jolla "centrum", 20 min med bil till downtown San Diego.

The rooms just need some basic maintenance and cleaning. For example, the blinds and air conditioner didn’t work well. The bathroom sink and shower drain needed to be cleaned thoroughly. It was a basic room.

Was pleasantly surprised! It was nicely upgraded, the bed was so cozy it was close to the beach and dining. Walked to a cool little place around the corner for appetizer s and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this small motel/resort. The staff was very welcoming and everything was so clean. It was remodeled about a year and a half ago and is just lovely!! Comfortable beds and pillows. The beach is only about a block away and is a pretty walk through the neighborhood. Two suggestions: a desk chair in the room would be useful as well as more towel hooks/bars in the bathroom.

Stayed here before. Quiet neighborhood not too far from beach. Short drive to a great bunch of restaurants at the intersection of Draper and Pearl.

The property is clean, the newly rennovated decor is hip and trendy, and the staff is beyond excellent and extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'd highly recommend this boutique hotel, and will definitely be back.

Ok property, a bit noisy. Parking is 10 dollars extra. The area of la jolla is beautiful, but extremely expensive in terms of food.
