“This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!”

“Had a wonderful time staying in Siena! The view was beautiful from all rooms. It was great to wake up to the sunrise across the water. We also loved being able to have our boat steps outside the door. Very clean and airy living space. Excellent communication with the property owner was also a plus.
