“Great location in the heart of Grasmere. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Lovely new bathroom. The room itself and the restaurant and reception areas could do with a bit of an update which would make it fabulous. Maybe removing some carpets and having wooden floors would help. ”

“The cabin was perfect, really big compared to other ones ive stayed at. The hot tub was nice and private and such a good temperature. The breakfast was good and the food at the returant was great. Honestly couldnt fault the stay atall. The lady at reception was so welcoming and we will definitely be coming back! ”

“Absolutely stunning views from the room. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate a different room for my 1 year old son. I was given a room with a 4 poster bed and requested one without this. The manager showed me 3 different rooms one of which was a family room (even though I only booked a double room) just to cater to my request. She was patient and allowed me to choose a room I ended up going with the original room given to me as the views were beautiful and not once...
