Dear Sara, We are very happy to see that you enjoyed your stay with us. That gives us energy to keep up the good work. Thank you for highlighting so many of our services. I confirm we had an occupation near to 100% during eastern and previous weeks. Remember that Lanzarote is an island and all guest arrived by plain, that leads to massive arrivals and the priority is a quick check in in order guest can have the rooms at 15:00 or before. It is really difficult to leave the rooms to previous guest as, when guest leave rooms at 12:00 we have to do the maintenance check and clean them for guest that are waiting. Nevertheless thank you for mentioning that our changing area with shower and fresh towels were correct and satisfying.
