We lived well and liked the view and the apartment. On the other hand, it felt a bit like the apartment was trying to be more luxurious than it was, but the cabinet doors were loose, the shower had no pressure and the kitchen utensils were worn. But with that said, we could imagine staying here again

Fin utsikt!
Bra hotellområde med närhet till stor butik. Bortom det så är det väldigt slummigt så vi höll oss på hotellet. Lite smutsigt med hår överallt när vi kom till rummet, blev lite bättre efter städning men inte bra. Finns knappt något varmvatten, sa till och en kille kom och kikade. Det kom varmvatten i 5 minuter innan det gick tillbaka till den "vanliga"... Var även mycket myror i köket och vi sa till en gång när det var runt 200st på liten yta, dom skulle skicka en att kolla men ingen kom. Behövde även be om nästan all köksutrustning då det inte fanns från början, lite omständligt. Tvättmaskinen kostade även 200php per dag, något som ej framgår innan så det är lite fult. Utöver det så var vi nöjda då det var en skön säng samt rymligt rum med bra internet. Poolområdet var jättebra med fin utsikt samt stor pool!

Bra och prisvärt!
Ett perfekt boende för dig som är ute efter avkoppling då det är väldigt lugnt på boendet. Fräscha lägenheter och bra faciliteter - gym och en fantastisk panorama-pool. Affärer i närheten så möjligheten till att laga egen mat finns. Mycket bra och prisvärt boende!

The location was great and so was the staff. Just a few issues with the condition of the furnishings. The table had some water damage. Plus it was very hot in the hallway outside the room. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

It was ok, but my fault for not checking on in house restaurant for breakfast or bar. None of this is provided or offered. Luckily there are nearby restaurants and bars at other hotels. Family oriented

Don't stay here. The washer/dryer jammed on dry for 2 hours. I had to call maintenance to get my clothes. No hot water. The staff was polite. The living room and kitchen was nice.

False advertisement and outdated
First off, they advertise they have a gym for use which is not true. It is only available to their long-term leases. The main reason I booked was because of the pictures and the advertisement for a gym. The spa is not available either. So I was not happy right away when I found this out at check in. The room was dirty, dated with ripped sheets and stained towels. No pots or pans for the kitchenette so I guess you’re supposed to bring your own. Comfortable bed and they had a washer in the unit so I could do laundry were the only saving graces. I didn’t even bother to check out the pool, I just went to the Hyatt down the street where my friends were staying and used their pool and gym. Very disappointing stay.

나쁘지 않은 선택. 1박보다는 2~3박 이용하는 것을 추천.
콘도 형식이라 직접 요리해먹을 수 있고, 세탁기랑 모두 비치되어 있어서 좋은 것 같아요. 특히 전망이 좋은데, 수압이나 약간의 벌레는 조금 아쉬운 것 같아요.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay. The service was great. Planning to stay again in the near future. The pool was closed due to covid restrictions. Uverall a great place to stay.

Propre, efficace, et bien placé
L’accueil était top, personnel présent et agréable qui nous trouve même un taxi pour l’aéroport à 5:30am. Séjour de 3 nuits. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, avec chambre séparée et petit balcon (idéal pour sécher nos vêtements après la piscine). Quartier vivant avec différents restaurants et commerces au pied du bâtiment. Piscine plutôt grande et bien exposée au soleil. Le petit bémol reste l’isolation, on entent quelque tambour etc... nous étions en pleine période de fête de Lapu-Lapu.

Good location close to airport and other resort hotels in area. Rooms were clean on arrival. Furniture slightly worn down. Found blood under the mattress of single bed. Aircon in bedroom not working and despite calling reception to sort out problem, it was not sorted. Infinity pool and seating area was nice. Cons: kitcen area provided no pots or pans or utensils to cook food. Be aware need to bring your own cooking equipment and even washing up soap. Shower was not powerful enough, really weak, so ended up having baths every night as shower not usable. Only one lift was working in our tower so there were long queues for the lift. Most of equipment in gym not working. There were no free weights to put on the squat bar so limited use of the gym.

広くて部屋も綺麗でした。トイレットペーパーも流せるし、毎朝綺麗に掃除、アメニティ交換もしてくれていました。 タクシーが捕まらないときはフロントの方が代わりに調べてくれるなど、十分な対応をしてもらいました。

1月9日から4泊しました。 日本語は通じませんが、フロントの方は常に親身になって対応してくれたのが好印象でした。 残念ポイントはお風呂のカビと洗面器下の機械からの水漏れが酷かった点です。 後日修理依頼をして、すぐに対応してくれました。 入る時にかなり気をつけても、シャワーの水滴が滴ります。 洗濯機は使い方がわからずかなり苦戦したので、使い方の説明をしてもらえたら尚良いと思います。 セブシティからはちょっと離れているので、街遊びしたい方向けではないです。 海外に来て、日本と同じようにトイレが使える(使用済みの紙が流せる)・ウォシュレットが使えるという点・部屋に洗濯乾燥機がある点・ドライヤーがある点がかなりありがたかったです。 マクタンニュータウンの中に必要なお店は全て揃っていて、長期滞在しても困らないです。 セブ島に行く際はまた利用させていただきます。

Great pool, nice apartment with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Confortable bed (much better than others in Philippines. Good aircon. Nice quiet community location. Awesome hawker centre with great lechon diagonally opposite - good food and coffee close by. Only downsides were slow lifts (only one was working) and shower wasnt very hot (was just lightly warm). Would definitly stay again.

値段の割にとても良い部屋でした。 バルコニーがありタバコが吸えます。 キッチンが付いてるので長期滞在には便利です。 ホテル周辺にはカフェやレストラン、24時間営業のコンビニとマクドナルドがあります。 空港まではタクシーで約30分、Cebu cityへもガイリンショッピングモール裏手からV Hireのバンで片道25ペソで行けます。 スタッフはみな親切でした。

글쎄요..장단점이..
밤비행기 기다리느라 하루 이용했습니다.객실은 방과 거실 주방이 따로나뉘어져있고 야경도 멋졌습니다..뉴타운에 위치해서 마켓과 커피숍이용하는데는 좋았습니다. 하지만 화장실과 욕실의 청소상태가 엉망이었고 주방에선 작은개미가 자주 출현합니다. 욕실 실리콘엔 검은곰팡이가 껴있고 욕조는 깨져서 물이 받아지지 않았습니다. 5층에 있는 수영장은 하루종일 그늘이라 수영하기 추웠습니다.
