Okej boende med märkligt upplägg kring pengar
Stor resort med många rum. Fem pooler, varav två var stängda för renovering, liksom spelrummet för barnen. Det var en besvikelse. I övrigt var det mesta bra, frånsett två saker. För det första: konstigt upplägg med möjlighet att få tillbaka pengar om du gick på informationsmöten om Holiday Inns time-share-andelar i något sorts kommande boende. Det fanns också möjlighet att få tillbaka 20-30 dollar per dag om du åt/drack på hotellet, vilket vi är osäkra på om vi fick. Som sagt, mycket märkligt och förvirrande upplägg som inte heller personalen hade riktigt bra koll på. För det andra: vårt rum låg närmast stor gata, med livlig trafik och just vid en viadukt där många hemlösa höll till. Det kändes inte helt tryggt och nattsömnen stördes av oväsen.

Fina pooler och bra kök och inredning. Ligger nära stripen men området känns lite shady under renoveringen som pågår framför. Överlag nöjd 😀

We loved the hotel! The staff were awesome only downside the AC in our room wasn’t the best and the pool that was closest to our room wasn’t the cleanest but we honestly didn’t mind very much just cause we loved the area!

Great low-rise option without a casino close to the strip. Rooms were large & comfortable. Lots of shared living space. Ideal for a group or 2-3 couples. Only issue we had is the shower door in one bathroom was loose & didn’t close properly.

The checkout time at 10:00am is ridiculous; especially if I checked-in at midnight. I also was not told I had to eat and use my breakfast voucher before 10am as well.

It was a nice stay. Rooms were large, clean and kitchen well stocked with Utensils, dishes, and cooking supplies. The restaurant offered a good variety of menu choices. Location was off the main strip and was quiet. Security at the entrance provided a secure environment.

Great location and walkable to nearby hotels. Perfect view of the Sphere. Friendly staff. Rooms can be updated. Love the convenience of the kitchen and appliances. Some issues with electronics and utilities, like the shower, air conditioning, and fireplace to name a few. Would come back again if the price is right

I was not happy with the how Expedia sells me a room at one price then I have to pay double that at the resort. I expected a resort fee, that was noted. But not an additional $215.

Our stay was amazing and comfortable stay with all our amenities taken care of. If we ever needing assistance, Dean at the front desk would provide the best service and was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this resort to family can come back to stay a longer period in the future. The only issue we had was some of the plug outlets would not work or was lose to hold our phone chargers. Otherwise great breakfast spot, and convenient and close to the strip.

The staff was very attentive through check in. Helpful and friendly. Our sphere-view room was perfect. Room has everything you could need and view was awesome. Restaurant was good. Only wish was that the bar/restaurant and pools/hot tubs stayed open later. Great stay.

The hotel was great the only issue we had was the noise from the airport and also the constant helicopter tours that fly over the strip. That is not the hotels fault and would be an issue at all hotels in this part of town.

Lovely spacious room for a family of 4. Disappointed with the view asked to change but was not possible. Location was great short walk to the strip and other attractions. Pool was also nice.

Sehr gute Lage, die angeschlossene Bar war ok bis gut, für uns etwas zu amerikanisch (klassisch Fast Food und das Frühstück etwas zu fettig). Unterkunft war super (ruhig), allerdings auch, da wir die Klimaanlage zum Glück nicht brauchten. Sonst wäre es uns vermutlich zu laut geworden.

Check in time was 4 PM and we were not able to get into our room until 6:30 PM. Well nearly every staff member we encountered was polite when I expressed disappointment to the person who let me know that our room was finally ready. There was not even an apology. There was also a very loud noise in the middle of the night that I assume was from plumbing or a shower in another unit.

Almost everything is good about this resort. The only thing that i didnt like is that the staff kept openeing or tried to open my room door. It atleast happend twice a day.
