Vi erbjuder pendeltjänster för din grupp! Kostnaden för pendeltrafik är 10 per person och dag och går varannan timme hela dagen och hela natten !! Bussen går till / från remsan och flygplatsen!

Property Needs Updates and More thorough cleaning.
The house is beautiful, but there was a lot left to be desired. We were never able to utilize the jacuzzi, the waterfall seemed to just turn off at random times, the pool was freezing, and the pool cleaner only tested the pool and got a couple leaves out when the bottom of the pool was filthy especially around the table area, the slide was unusable, the dishwasher is disgusting, the floors are disgusting (like turned my friends feet black, there was only one dish towel and one dish rag, the bathrooms had bugs in them and were not the cleanest, the fridge door was broken so you had to literally manually close the inside panel in order to close it (every single time), two of the toilets were running, the lights in the master were mostly out (only 1 of 3 worked), the fans in the back house rooms would not work individually (each remote would control not just one room but the other two as well), one of the showers in the main house is leaking, there is an ant problem in the back house. I think that for the price that we paid for this house these problems should not exist. You charge a lot for this property and one would expect at minimum a standard level of upkeep. I am still waiting to hear from the property manager on some kind of refund.

Had Higher Hopes
It seems like the house is more suited for a bachelor party than a family as the owners don’t seem to upkeep the property very well. It really needs a good gone through to fix broken things, upgrade items, and clean. Pros: The host was very responsive to all messages, Held all 25 of my family with everyone in a bed. Close to strip. Outside area was fun with the putting green and pool was awesome (but see cons). The back pool house was more updated and fun with the theater and pool table (I recommend sleeping in that house as it was the most comfortable). Cons: There were not enough chairs or seats for everyone to sit in the front house or back house. There was one table that sat 8, but some chairs were wobbly or broken. If you have a house to sleep so many it should also have a place for everyone to sit and eat. AC unbalanced in front house making a few rooms hot to sleep. A couple toilets were not attached to the ground. The grill was broken. The slide in the pool is worn and not able to slide down & there was only 11 pool towels (we had to go buy more). In the end we did enjoy ourselves and there was plenty of space so we were not living on top of each other.

OUR ANNUAL FAMILY VACATION
There were just a few items to complain about. I think some of the furniture in living room and family room could be updated. I think there should be more towels for personal use, other than that owner made sure all needs were met. Most everything we needed was provided and if I had a question, the owner text me back with an answer. I loved that. There were 35 people in my family and all had the best time ever. It was a wonderful family vacation. Thank you Mr Sam

Fantastic Time at this compound.
My 15 friends and I booked this property for my bachelor party. We all had an amazing time. The property looked even better in person. The host quickly replied to all questions before and during our stay. The house was spotless and the pool was the perfect temperature. We didn't have any complaints!

An amazing weekend with family & friends
Seeing the property for myself, I wasn't at all disappointed. There was enough room for the separation of age groups. (elders/couples w/ kids/young single females in the main house - all single young boys and men in the back house) We all came together to celebrate the homecoming of our son who currently serves in the Marine Corp in Moscow, Russia. He was finally able to return home after many years and this property allowed a multitude to do just that. It was a beautiful home/area and I would definitely rent this place out again for future family gatherings.

Great Outdoor Space
This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities around it, so overall the villa was great for a family get together.

Perfect for Large Groups
HIGHLY recommend for large groups. Mine was an annual golf trip with 20. Lots of room inside and out. The back seating area is where we spent most of the time, it was perfect. I would come back Great communicators.

Great property over all, only a few things I would like to address. 1. The property is too nice and well maintained to only offer 1 yes one towel per bed. Although it has great washers and dryers this became an issues as we used the pool and hot tub. 2. The kitchen in the main house could use some updated utensils, the forks are all old and I don’t think anyone would eat using them, the knives are very old and we had to buy knives to cut up food items, the plates and bowls are all plastic and should be discarded. 3. The gas grill needs repair as most of the burners didn’t work, we had to cook strip steaks on the stove in the house which made the house smoky. 4. The hot tub was great the only issues is that we had to message the host to turn it on all during the day as it is on a timer and we understand why, it just became bothersome to have to wait for it to heat up especially at night. Lastly the pool lights didn’t come on after the first night of our stay which wasn’t too big of a deal, the pool and hot tub are really nice so it would have made for some great night pictures. We couldn’t use the mini golf course at night as well. This was a great property, the layout is great and it held our party of 17 with no issues. It’s no way that it would sleep 40 without a lot of air mattresses. Very satisfied, close to all stores the strip and airport. Great for groups. Good job Host!!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Ideal Location!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa with my family. There was 40 of us, including kids and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of perfection, leaving us with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. With 40 guests, we were delighted to find that the space was incredibly spacious, offering ample room for everyone to spread out and unwind. The pool area was our hub of excitement and relaxation. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances like an air fryer, blender, pots and pans, toaster coffee maker etc. There were also blowup beds all throughout the house. The location of the property was also ideal, close to the Premium outlets and a short drive to the strip and airport! If you're planning a getaway with a large group, I cannot recommend this property enough!

Great property for large parties
Celebrated my 40th over the weekend, with 30 people staying at the house. The location was great and the hosts were very accommodating showing us where everything was and was available whenever we needed something. The pool and AC was clutch for the 110 degree weather. A perfect weekend experience. Recommended.

We took 40 17 year old soccer students, the house had everything and the owners were attentive to our needs. Fantastic location, close to airport and shopping mall. Will definitely stay again when next on tour in vegas!

Lovely stay at a lovely place
Family and friends joined together for the first time in over 5 years and we celebrated my husband's 50th anniversary. The accommodations were very nice and the backyard oasis was breathtaking and relaxing. The only suggestions we have are to find a way to make the internet better in the back house where the movie room is. Also, provide more towels for your guest. We had to purchase towels during our stay.

Great for down time!
We had a great stay at this house!!! In town for work, and having this house to come back to each evening was the perfect answer for down time. Our group loved the hot tub, the pool, the pool table and the theater room. That each bedroom had it's own bathroom, (mostly ensuites), was perfect too. We definitely want to stay here the next time we are in Las Vegas!

Friends and family celebrated 50th birthday
Our friends and family enjoyed our stay at this estate for my brother’s 50th birthday. Although there was a lot to do on the strip, we wanted to enjoy the amenities and quality time with each other so we primarily stayed on the property or close by. We hung out at the pool or hot tub. Or grilled and lounged at at the outdoor tables. We enjoyed the greens especially the golfers and kids in the group. In the evening, we enjoyed the back house with the pool table multiple tvs where we did karaoke. We also lounged and had movie night in the theater room. Any issues we had, they were responsive. A few suggestions to enhance the experience: -have better WiFi since the multiple tvs require it and then guests can use it especially if they have limited internet coming from out of the country -barstools for main house so that we can chat while cooking -more plates and utensils in main house because we had to borrow from back house -resolve sewage issue

Perfect for large groups
We stayed at this location for a week for a sales conference and tradeshow. It worked really well for a large group, especially with the second house in the back, so it didn't feel overcrowded. The property was clean, as advertised, and well-maintained. The hot tub and the theater room were especially popular with our group.

unless you want to use the floor and air mattresses. Also some thing just did not work right and was impossible to hear back from the host. Comunication at check in was good but follow up questions are still pending. if you ned a large place to gather this works and is nice jsut not as nice as it seems in the pictures.

Great Stay In Vegas!
The property was incredible, we loved both houses, the pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor area. Property management was very nice and helpful with everything we needed and the property was in a great location, which helped us get wherever we needed to go quickly and easily. Family Vacation
The property is like the photos. The main house is not as modern as the other house; however, both are nice. The family paid for early check-in; however, the house was not ready. The property manager was accommodating and offered to refund the money. In addition, the property manager allowed our family to wait at the other house on the property until all repairs and cleaning was done. The property manager was responsive to request such as providing additional towels, which he purchased new towels and face cloths. The property contributed to great family memories. One concern was the contractors and pool cleaner had the code to access the property. Initially, this was a safety concern for the family, but all was well. We had a safe and joyous vacation!
