We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. “Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this...

“The property is in a rural location offering seclusion, peace and quiet amongst absolutely stunning surroundings of tree-lined hills. The property consists of two buildings, each with two bedrooms. The main building is very spacious and offers a large, open-plan kitchen, dining-room, living room area complete with TV and table-football table. “Väldigt fint boende”

“Vi hade en härlig vecka i Lariano. Vackert hus, härlig pool, perfekt med fotbollsplan för 12 åringen. Det fanns vingårdar, restauranger och saker att se i närheten. Man måste ha bil. Alfonso och hans familj höll sig för sig själva men hjälpte till med tips på restauranger och om behov uppstod. Huset och trädgården är finare än bilderna. Jag kan absolut tänka mig att återvända!”

“We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. ”

“Der Besitzer ist sympathisch u hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist unproblematisch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig u das Haus ist schön für eine Familie mit Kids u Hundchen, auch nicht weiter vom Wasser weg. Es gibt vielen Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht.”

“Villino traanquillo situato all'interno del parco del Circeo. Ottimo per chi apprezza le coste rocciose raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti ( Per raggiungere le spiagge con sabbia occorre l'auto). La casa dispone di molti accessori. Non sono presenti però wi.fi e aria condizionata (non è stata comunque necessaria durante il nostro soggiorno a luglio)”

“Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.”

Points forts : loueurs sympathiques et serviables, petit jardin bien ombragé, très grands rangements, moustiquaires, plage à proximité immédiate et crucial pour nous (!) plage pour chiens vers lido dei pini. Petites faiblesses : stationnement sur la voie publique parfois un peu difficile, absence de wifi, absence de climatisation,route très passante.”

“Apartment like large rooms with its on style/decor that are suitable for one or a few night in Rome’s suburbs. Little hard to find (located behind some houses in what seems to be an industry area). Otherwise it offers what’s needed when it comes to sleep and breakfast. ”

“Stor camping med övervägande italienska gäster, vid havet men ändå i skogen. Gott om utrymme. Mycket aktiviteter/shower men på italienska. Personalen är fantastiskt vänlig och serviceinriktad, löste alla problem utan dröjsmål. Gott om fria parkeringar i närheten av boendet. Affär, bar och restaurang på området med mycket rimliga priser. Öppettiderna följer italienska traditioner (=stängt mitt på dagen). I campingstugorna finns lakan och handdukar, men städning erbjuds endast efter utcheckning....
