“We had one of the best vacations we've taken! The site was better than advertised. We had car trouble on the way down and were delayed in arriving. The host called us on our way to just assure us that the site was ready and if we had any questions we should call them. We enjoyed the stay and bought some steaks to take home with us. “The house and property was perfect for our group of 9 moms. We take an annual trip and this space was perfect. It is definitely set up for large group gatherings. Lots of space for entertaining. We never felt crowded or trying to make room for anyone. Jennifer was very responsive and informative to answer any of the questions we had. “The cabin is small but for one or two people it would work out great. Has all the features necessary. Check in was easy and every thing was exactly as described. My only problem was there was not easy access to the lake close by as the shoreline is all private property.”

“The area is beautiful. Couldn’t get the heater to work properly. So it was a bit chilly. My husband did want to watch a little t.v. but the sound kept messing up. The screen door was broken and my husband was very concerned about the tape around all the outlets. He didn’t feel it was safe so we didn’t stay a second night. However, if you can get passed all that, it has a nice deck, the lake is just a few feet away and it’s just very pretty and peaceful.”

“Everything was as described in the listing: two bedrooms, one bath, very spacious living space and spotless! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Location was close enough to many things but not too close. The neighborhood was quiet. Easy check in and check out! The hosts are great, even making a safety call to notify us of a tornado warning and inviting us to use their basement, if desired. We highly recommend staying in this cottage! Perfect for two couples!”

“I feel like the pictures did not do this house the justice it deserves. Mutiple spots to hang out behind the house off of the water. Anytime we called or texted we got quick responses even with the little hiccup we had they were right there to make sure everything was taken care of. We will definitely look back into this house when we make our next trip to the Ozarks. Very quite area as well. “This is my 2nd year staying at this house. I am very fond of it. It's extremely clean and provides everything one needs. It has a great view of the lake from the deck and a dock for your boat. There is also a fish cleaning area and power at the dock for charging batteries. “This is a great property. It had everything we were looking for - nice, clean, and with great amenities. We hiked the creek and spent time on the dock swimming and using the kayak. The secluded location was good for us, so the kids could be in the water without worrying about boater traffic. We only saw a couple jetskis and boats across the lake from us so the kids could be out in the kayak. We will definitely book it the next time we are in Lake of the Ozarks!”
