“Well, you get what you pay for... And I didn't pay a lot why I guess my expectations shouldn't be too high. But some disappointments still including terrible Wifi which I think today in 2020 just have to work flawlessly. And since I were partly going to work during my stay this was a pain. The room also had a bad smell - probably from mold and years of indoor smoking. Very small room, extremely small (almost unusable) kitchen and almost nowhere to unpack. But very cheap :-).”

“Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff. ”

“Mögel i badrummet, ingen sandning och saltning som gjorde att vi knappt kom iväg från parkeringen efter en kall natt. Mycket dåligt skött anläggning borde tas bort från er sida. Sämsta lägenhet vi någonsin bott på.”

“Perfekt läge nära liftar o backar. Egen lite mataffär i samma byggnad. Två större mataffärer inte långt från hotellet. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpte oss att boka bord på två fantastiska restauranger. Skiduthyrningen med ingång från receptionen kan varmt rekommenderas.”

“tout était parfait sauf le parking souterrain. j'avais un emplacement réservé (70 €) et j'ai du batailler toute la semaine car mon emplacement était toujours pris...aucune réaction de la réception...une honte !!!!”

“Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. The manager/owner speaks English so it would have been very easy to phone in advance. We did have someone steal a hired sled when we were there which we had left...

“Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Reception is lovely with great staff who all speak fantastic English. Room had a large balcony too. Towels, soaps and bed linen is all supplied. (you do have to rent robes). Only changes I would have made are- Fold out sofa beds are not very comfy. I would have liked more /...

“God beliggenhed centralt i Les Carroz - skibus udenfor døren, skøjtebane på området, svømme/saunaområde i hovedbygning og skileje rundt om hjørnet. Super service i reception. Lejlighed ok, men dog lidt slidt og trænger til opdatering, og de 45m2 er ikke meget til 4 personer. Der mangler desuden skabsplads på værelser og knager til skitøj/overtøj. ”

“Even better than advertised. Great location - walking distance to the ski lift and the center of town. Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains. Nice spa facility. Pauline at the front desk deserves special mention for being extremely helpful and always available. Would return. ”

“Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser de commentaires, mais j’aimerais vraiment éviter que d’autres personnes se retrouvent dans la situation dans laquelle nous avons été. À notre arrivée, le chauffe-eau était éteint et nous n’avons ainsi pas eu la possibilité de prendre de douche après une journée de randonnée avec notre petite fille de trois ans. De plus, l’eau du robinet était marron. La nuit ensuite était plutôt chaotique dans la mesure où nous entendions les personnes des chambres voisines,...

“Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. ”

“Faites vraiment attention car cet établissement a des politiques très abusives. L’enregistrement doit se faire absolument entre 17h00 et 19h00. Et oui, seulement deux heures de disponibilité, une vrai arnaque. Il encaisse ta carte de crédit et ils ne répondent surtout pas au téléphone. Des voleurs!”

“Nice appartments with access to large warm swimming pool and spa. Kitchen is well equiped. Whole area is very family friendly. Flaine has limited access by car - you can drive to hotel and unload your stuff (parking for 1 hour only), then you need to re-park your car in public parking space (P2) that is about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. In summer it was for free.”

“We had a very good stay at the Front de Niege in January 2018. The apartments are well equipped and the beds comfortable. They had recently refurbished the bathroom on ours and it was excellent, with a very powerful shower. The location is great for skiing. You can ski directly onto the slopes through the trees, and it's a 100 meter walk back at the end of the day. It is a 20 minute walk to/from the village, with the return being up-hill. There is a free bus, although this doesn't run past...
