“This place surpassed our expectations! The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The property was amazing. Sitting on the porch and hearing the water moving in the creek was so very relaxing. The owners were so helpful and we really enjoyed visiting with them when they stopped by to milk their cow. The weather wasn’t ideal but it did not interfere with the experience. Would definitely like to book again.”

“The house was just as described. This was the second time we stayed in one of their homes. The only issue I have, and this prevented me from 5 stars, was we arrived a little after the check in time, and the owners (I am assuming), were there outside and before check out time, they drove by (this was a dead end street). This made us a bit nervous and irritated.”

“We were in Rolla to stay at this fabulous house for an elopement/wedding at Gabel Cabins in Salem, Mo. We loved the property, one small hiccup but resolved asap. This home is gorgeous and almost every single thing you need is here and some you might not expect. The setup is fantastic, their communication is immediate and down to earth nicest ever people. Choose this one!”

“My wife and I stayed over the Labor Day weekend. Everything was wonderful. Room was clean and cozy. Bed was super comfortable (memory foam mattress). We enjoyed the nice new deck with all the new patio furniture. Great for late night drinks under the stars and coffee in the morning. Kelly was super nice and accommodating. “The wife and I have made three trips to the area and have stayed at Gill Ridge. Twice at Koi Pond and once at Ellens cabin. The properties are always clean and stocked with plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen cookware. Lots of firewood for the fire pit and grills for outside cooking. Nothing beats laying in your hot tub aftef dark under the stars! Plenty of places to eat in the area and things to do for all ages. We will be back again for our next weekend get away.”
