Excellent apartment with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Definitely be staying here again. When parking outside, just be careful not to drive further along the road because this is a camera controlled bus lane and you will be fined.

The sweet staff were so kind and really couldn't do enough for me. Polite, smiley, helpful. The property was huge and the cleanest place ive ever stayed. Beautiful views right in the city center.

Ideal location, easy and welcoming check in. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed and ideal for our stay. One very small gripe is the lack of plug sockets in the bedroom for charging phones etc.

We stayed 3 nights in apartment No 20, absolutely loved it, the reception staff were friendly and very helpful, the apartment was perfect, well laid out, clean and tidy, comfy bed, we will definitely stay here again

Fabulous apartment, we were upgraded on arrival so utterly delighted! Milk, water, Diet Coke, butter and muffins for breakfast. Great location, friendly staff. Only problem was the racket outside at the back of the building.

Highly recommend. Stayed in several apartments and these are by far the best so far. I’ll be back! Nothing to fault at all. Even provide basic essentials on top of the usual.

Fantastic place to stay, the apartment was spacious and comfy. Air con isn’t often needed but currently a big plus for the current climate. Would definitely stay here again.

10/10 Very Impressive.
I came with my wife and 2 kids under 2, to run the Leeds Rob Burrow Marathon and straight from booking, they couldn't have been more helpful. 2 cots made up and with blankets ready to go for my kids in the bedroom. Staff and housekeeping went the extra mile and were very kind and helpful. Location could not be better. Bang in the city center, 2 minutes from train station and shopping center and less than 2 minutes to some of the many nice bars and restaurants. Even had a few essentials in the kitchen waiting for us on arrival that was an added bonus. Couldn't recommend more highly

I and my 2 adult children stayed in a two story, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment and it was perfect for us. We had a nice social room for hanging out, talking and having snacks in the living/dining space, yet had plenty of space/privacy in the bedrooms. The bathrooms had quality soaps and lotions. The washer/dryer was a plus, but keep in mind the all-in-one machines in Europe don’t dry too well, however you can hang items on the towel warming racks in the bathroom and the damp clothes will dry nicely there. Bonus is the hotel provides some nice goodies for you to enjoy (english muffins, butter, jam, teas, coffee, a small jug of milk, etc.). Plus the front desk was super helpful and responsive. We’d stay there again for sure. It’s so close to the train station, the city center, University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett, and pretty much everything.

Beautiful apartments, great choice for family
Apartment’s absolutely beautiful. Fully equipped and had some lovely little extras to make the stay more comfortable. Perfect choice for a family as full kitchen and lounge downstairs and bedrooms upstairs so don’t have to worry about noise. Reception staff were absolutely brilliant, so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
