Located close to where we meet with friends, easy to find and access, and close to convenient parking option. Not fancy (as described) but suits the needs of an overnight stay at a much better rate than the area hotels.”

“Great place to stay for one night! Property is behind host’s home (as is the street parking) and is like a large studio apartment but without a kitchen. Bathroom is large and has a composting toilet. Communication was excellent and check in process was super easy.”

“The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The owner, Jeffrey, responded quickly when we had a couple questions prior to arriving. The caretaker/manager, Chad, was on site the whole time and was friendly, kind, and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.”

“This rental was better then even listed. Location was perfect. Outside parking was easy to find. The home was spacious and very clean/well kept. Rental owner was super helpful. “The kitchen is well-provisioned, with a drip coffee maker and a pod system. The host even supplied multiple coffee pods. The living/dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and the large-screen TV and internet work just fine. There is a welcome binder that explains how to get to the clothes washer and dryer in the basement. Plenty of restaurant choices within 1 and 2 miles. I look forward to return!”

“This is a great location for downtown Allentown, you can walk to a lot of places. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no problems with moving in or out of the house. The rooms are big, so there is plenty of space. It is an older home, so the steps are squeaky and there are other minor old house details. We love older homes and found it charming in many ways. There are window AC units in every room, which was nice. Only 1.5 bathrooms, so a larger group might need to plan accordingly. As...
