L'hotel en soi est magnifique et la chambre tres bien, bien que assez petite ... il n y a pas de place pour ranger les affaires et je me demande comment on aurait fait si on avait voyagé avec une vrai valise En revan he, nous sommes très très decus du restaurant de l'hôtel... le service est mauvais et tres lent, ils ont carrément nos plats, ce qui a gâché notre soirée qui se voulait romantique

Confortable quiet stay
It was an amazing stay. I like the interior and the quiet atmosphere. My dauter really liked the windowside bed.

Très bon hôtel, jolie deco.Calme et pratique d accès pour visiter la région. Le petit déjeuner est top avec des produits de très bonnes qualités. Par contre pas toujours réapprovisionné, le poste viennoisierie est resté vide un matin à partir de 9h40 et le saumon aussi, au niveau du buffet, dommage. Il manque aussi des chaussons avec les peignoirs dans les chambres pour aller au spa.

Une belle découverte.
J'étais de passage un peu par hasard dans cet hôtel, en transit pour un voyage plus long. J'ai vraiment apprécié ce moment autant pour le service que pour l'infrastructure que pour le lieu. Quand je retournerai à Lille, j'irais sans aucun doute à Lens pour me loger!

The rooms and meals were great but it was the staff that made our stay memorable. The front desk arranged all kinds of transportation and activities for us including up on a ladder adjusting the TV so we could watch World Cup Rugby. The dining room people were attentive and friendly. Even though our French was somewhat limited, we never felt that communication was a problem. Based on our experience, we would recommend this hotel to anyone. Don and Brenda Rossland, BC Canada

We were in Lens for Cameroon vs. Senegal Friendly (football). The hotel was excellent and clearly very convenient if you are visiting the Louvre-Lens (which is definitely worth doing). Only negatives was choice of food in restaurant was quiet 'high-end' so nothing you can grab quickly and also was disappointed that the bar was closed at 10:30 when we got back from the game, though the receptionist helped us with coffee from the communal Nespresso machine in the lounge.

Such a beautiful hotel, the rooms were extremely stylish with luxurious soaps and the fluffiest towels! The parking is a little weird, this parking info would have been handy to know before arrival. It is well situated for the Louvre Lens, a must see. A lovely boulangerie is a moment away, and the hotel restaurant is very good, and super dog friendly. There is a park nearby to walk your dog, but the space in the room is tight if your dog is not a miniature type. Also, access to a bin for their mess would be super handy. The main town is a little walk away. We had an issue with air con in our room, which was a shame, I’d be very happy to stay there again and recommend to others.

Super comfy but lacks a good breakfast experience
I must commend the Hotel Louvre Lens - Esprit de France for its excellent customer service and comfortable rooms that exuded a fair level of luxury and convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed these aspects of my stay. However, I must address a weak point that detracted from the overall experience - the breakfast. Considering the hotel's name, "Esprit de France," which evokes the culinary excellence for which France is renowned worldwide, the breakfast experience fell short of expectations. Given the caliber of the hotel, I had anticipated a truly exceptional breakfast, reflecting the culinary heritage of France. Unfortunately, the breakfast offered did not live up to this standard. I believe that a hotel of this stature should strive to provide a breakfast experience that matches its name and reputation. By enhancing the breakfast offerings to showcase the exquisite flavors and delights of French cuisine, the Hotel Louvre Lens - Esprit de France would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience. I hope my feedback serves as constructive input, inspiring the hotel to refine and improve its breakfast offerings to align with its esteemed name. With the addition of a truly remarkable breakfast experience, the Hotel Louvre Lens - Esprit de France has the potential to create an even more memorable stay for its guests.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a fascinating area of Lens centred on the regeneration of a mining area and village. Great facilities (including free pool table and table football, very good bistro with excellent wine list and reasonably priced, and very clean and comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful and our dogs were welcome (with lots of walking space for them. Thoroughly recommended
