Perfect urban location
Perfect to arrive with Metro: hotel is in the same building as Metro station with lots of shops and restaurants closeby. Our superior room high up in the building had a wonderful view of the city and harbour.

Vi blev uppgraderade. mkt uppskattat! Njöt av utsikten mot slottet från vår lilla terrass. Många restauranger och FADO! En härlig vistelse i Chiado distriktet!

Toppenläge
Fint hotell, underbar terrass med otrolig utsikt. Mitt i smeten, nära allt! Restauranger, shopping, sevärdigheter, spårvagnar. Trevlig personal, rätt liten med god frukostbuffe. Bor man mitt i stan ska man ha klart för sig att det låter en del utifrån, vårat rum (kanske inte alla) hade dåligt isolerade fönster som släppte in allt ljud från gatan, det enda minuset. Överlag ett mycket bra hotell!

Åk till Lissabon du ångrar inte dig.
Lissabon en fantastisk stad med många intressanta upplevelser. Rekommenderar alla fiskrätter och det goda portugisiska vinet. Weekend eller en vecka då hinner du också med Sintra och en tågresa ut till Estoril.Billigt jämfört med andra storstäder.

Fräscht, nära till "allt". Svårslaget läge. Tjusig utsikt från bar och frukostrum. Möjligtvis så var rummet lite mörkt pga fönstrets placering och storlek, men inte ska man vara på rummet? Rent, komplett och fräscht var rummet i alla lägen.

Mycket bra hotell - mitt i centrum
Kort weekendsemester från torsdag till söndag med familjen. Hotellet har mycket bra läge intill shopping, restauranter och besöksvärda ställen i centrala Lissabon. Dessutom är utsikten från hotellet över Lissabons skyline oslagbar, vilket med fördel kan avnjutas under måltiderna högst upp i hotellet

Hotel med utmärkt läge i Lissabons gamla kvarter. Rummen med terrass och utsikt mot floden och gamla fortet är mycket trevliga.

De Classic rummet som vi bodde i låg högst upp med ett litet fönster. Kändes lite som en bunker. Toppen läge, bra frukost, kan absolut rekommenderas men välj ett superior rum för bättre utsikt!

Utmärkt boende på bra läge med härlig takterass. Enda problemet var att frukosten serverades så sent (7.30) att jag missade en viktig aktivitet på den konferens jag deltog i. När jag frågade om jag kunde få frukost lite tidigare för att kunna hinna till mitt möte kl 8.00 så blev jag nekad det på ett ganska tråkigt sätt. Frukosten hade jag redan betalat genom att den ingick i priset. Den var för övrigt utmärkt och jättegod.

Läget kunde inte vara bättre, nära till affärer, shoppinggalleria och sevärdheter. Charmig omgivning och utsikten från hotellet var suverän. Jag skulle gärna bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaks till Lissabon. Kanske inget för rörelsehindrade dock, hotellet ligger i en backe och det är väldigt mycket kullersten och backar i omgivningarna.

Mörkt rum ingen utsikt litet fönster som satt högt upp, mycket väsen från luftkonditioneringen. Fläckar på dom stoppade möblerna som gav ett dåligt intryck, samt hål i toalettdörren.

The hotel was absolutely perfect, very nice room with a great view over the city. The rooftop bar is spectacular and a truly hidden gem in the city. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at Hotel do Chiado. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and clean with lots of special touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Our floor was quiet. The hotel is close to everything in Lisbon and we had a great view of the city from the rooftop bar. Daily complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top. Friends of ours stayed at a much more expensive hotel nearby and liked our hotel better.

Fantastic hotel excellently placed to explore Lisbon. Great rooftop bar with views across Lisbon to the Castelo St Jorge. We had a premium room on the top floor with a wonderful little terrace, also overlooking Lisbon. Staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again! Only one suggestion, have some larger cups in the room for tea drinkers (only espresso cups given)

The hotel is in a great location and a perfect hub to explore the city from. Our room had a private terrace which overlooked part of the city and the castle.

The hotel and service was excellent. With all staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty selection fruit, cereals yoghurt cold buffet selection of meats and cheeses with a wide selection of breads and cakes plus full English. The room was spacious with spectacular views of the city from the balcony. Location was excellent with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is an incline up to the hotel so may not suit all. We are over 60 and managed. Plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance.

In this hotel, it's imperative not to leave any belongings unattended in your room. Unfortunately, we experienced theft firsthand when our earpods were taken. Despite providing evidence of their location to the manager at reception, he failed to take appropriate action to recover them or offer compensation for the theft. His response was dismissive, merely stating that he spoke to the cleaner, who denied any involvement. Additionally, other items such as clothing accessories were also missing. If you choose to stay at this hotel, exercise extreme caution with your belongings, as manager's lack of concern for the integrity of the establishment leaves much to be desired.

It only corresponds to defamation and an attack on the honor of the Hotel do Chiado team without any foundation.At the Hotel reception you complained about the disappearance of some airpods, accusing our staff of theft without any evidence, as we have verified after internal analysis.In fact, you had the location of the airpods on your Iphone, so you were advised by our front office manager to file a complaint with the police. We do not know whether or not you actually made the complaint.In this review, you mention the disappearance of other items, which you never mentioned when you reported the case to reception.We are surprised that you had such a negative experience and were so traumatized by the disappearance of your belongings and yet you made a second booking with us, staying for a total of 6 nights.Best regards,

Amazing stay in one of the best areas in Lisbon. Go for the premium room with the terrace. Every member of the staff were amazing and accommodating!

Great location with excellent service. The staff helped us with an early check in after our overnight flight and left us a lovely note and some treats. Highly recommend for proximity to everything.

Had a fantastic stay for 3 nights. The central location was perfect for us to comfortably walk to all of the places we wanted to go. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and our room felt massive with high ceilings. Absolutely would recommend.
