Fantastiskt hotell med superb service. Trevlig personal mycket god mat, både vad häller frukost, lunch och middag. Kan starkt rekommenderas om ekonomin tillåtet.

Lugnt och mycket trevligt hotell med alla faciliteter. Inomhuspool, utomhuspool, spa och en vacker utsikt över floden. Ligger lite utanför city center men det gör absolut inget då uber kostar nästan gratis. Priset är lite dyrare men du få mycket för pengarna enligt mig.

Extremt Obekväma Sängar
Bäddmadrass behöver inte vara ett absolut måste, vilket det deffinitivt inte är i större delen av världen, men betalar man den summa pengar per natt som man gör på detta hotell Ska sängarna vara bekväma. Man ska inte längta hem till sin egna säng. För övrigt borde stekta samt kokade ägg vara obligatoriskt och inte något man ska behöva be om. Samt det "gratis" vattnet i flaska på rummet får ju om så nämns i beskrivelsen om hotellet stå tillgängligt och inte vara något som man är nära att betala extra för vid resans slut.Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera ett annars fantastiskt hotell.

This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. This hotel had the best service and I would compare the service to a Ritz or 4 seasons. Everyone is attentive! We appreciated that! We thought the food was amazing. The bar drinks were too. Hands down I would choose this hotel again. They made our trip memorable.

Historic beauty with a classy staff to match
Although this hotel is a bit off the beaten path, the ambiance, staff and offerings were worth the stay. It's classy, spacious, tranquil and filled with so much history. We stayed only a few days, but wish we could have stayed longer. So glad we found this gem. Also, the cocktail bar is top notch, along with the indoor/outdoor pool.

Beautiful small but elegant hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in the old section of the palace which was lovely. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a view of the river. Despite other reviews we found the location to be ideal, and walked to several sites like the monastery and the Lisbon Cathedral without any issues. Ubers are also easy to get if you need one.

Olissippo was our last stay before flying home. We were so busy during our stay that this was a truly relaxing and comfortable way to end our trip. They upgraded our room to one of the ‘original’ palace rooms and it was on the top floor with a view of the river. We had dinner outside at the more casual dining room and both the service and food were delicious! We didn’t have spa treatments but did check out the spa area and it’s very relaxing and the indoor pool is really nice. The outdoor pool is surrounded by lawn area and greenery everywhere and was the perfect antidote to our busy forays around Portugal. Thanks so much for a very lovely stay!

Highest Quality Hotel!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The staff was incredibly kind. I arrived early and they found me a room prior to the normal check in time. I had travel issues getting to Lisbon and was upset. They showed kindness and dealt with me perfectly. We had dinner at their restaurant and the quality and presentation was superb. The hotel itself is elegant and distinguished. It is not close to the tourist area and main square of Lisbon. That is the only negative. When we walked around in the area there was not much to see.

We loved how the rooms look out over the beautiful gardens, pool and pond with resident turtles and fish. The spa area is also wonderful. I had a back and shoulder massage and the therapist was lovely. The breakfast was also delicious and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

This property is GORGEOUS! The lobby, the grounds, the dining areas, the pool area, the room...just top notch! If not the best, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
