“First want to say that the communication with the owner was fantastic! Very quick to respond to any questions and checked on us during our stay. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 14&12) can’t stop talking about our week in Exuma! The location of Exuma Sol is so convenient to so many of the beaches and restaurants. “This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental”

“The house proposed by Jacquie and Sandra is beautiful, equiped with everything's needed, confortable beds, etc... and perfectly located. Very near to the amazing Tropic of Cancer Beach with the great sound of the Nature. The owners were also very reactive and helpful. We thank them for everything and definitely recommend this rental.”

“We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island.”

Nice water view from living room and bedrooms. (Tip—you will definitely need a car to get to swimming/beach access. Rocky area outside of house leads to a rocky water view only.)”

“The location of this small cottage and Peter's hospitality are outstanding. The AC is cold, the appliances work well and the bed is comfortable. There are chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling equipment, lots of floats and plenty of beach towels for guests to use. The space is small and there is not a door on the inside restroom. As other guests have pointed out, the driveway is a bit rough. Overall, we had a great time at Sunset Cottage and would definitely stay here...

“The property was amazing and the caretaker, Norman, was wonderful. He was very helpful, took us back and fourth to main island whenever we wanted to go. We were able to tie up to the dock, which was very helpful for us. The property could use a little bit of maintenance but otherwise was really nice.”

“Our stay at Minns Cottage was great! Loved the location close to town and across the street from the beach. The beach had the best snorkeling we could find! The unit had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! We will definitely stay here again!”
