Fräscht hotell mitt stan. Ingen frukost, men det går att lösa i kvarteret. Men ingen bar, eller ens en dryckesautomat för vatten, läsk eller juice. Lite opraktisk även om det finns butiker i kvarteret. Om man blir lite törstig vill man inte alltid springa ut på gatan. :-/ Nära till mycket runt om kring eller ner till Alberts Dock med museum och krogar.

Nice and can recommend
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was kind of small but nice. The area of the hotel kind of busy on kind of a party street. But inside hotel was quiet.

Mycket bra 👍
Hotellet ligger mitt i Liverpool så det är nära till restauranger, barer, shopping och till hamnområdet. Trots det centrala läget så var det inget som störde, rummet var bra isolerat. Rummet var charmigt men i minsta laget, därför inte 10 på alla frågor. Ingen restaurang på hotellet men de samarbetar med restauranger omkring där hotellets gäster fick rabatt. Personalen i receptionen var mycket tillmötesgående.

This hotel is in a good location. There are bars and nightclubs nearby, but the hotel itself was secure and quiet. My room was on the top floor and was priced as a single room, even though it had a double bed and was of ample size. There were Molton Brown toiletries in the large bathroom, which had a solid door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. The room also was equipped with a pocket kitchen which was very useful. The hotel and my room seemed either brand new or recently renovated and it was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat, especially if I were planning to shop!

Very quiet at this hotel and extremely well cleaned. Fridge, microwave and Nespresso were an exceptional bonus. Bed was comfortable. Just round the corner from hustle and bustle of shops, cafes, bars etc the Resident Hotel retains an air of peace and stillness. Close to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central train stations. Will definitely be heading back to this hotel.

Stayed at The Resident twice with my 12 year old son for a trip to see Liverpool and we really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is great. It is walkable to everything, with great dining options within minutes. The area is a club and bar area but the two rooms we stayed were quiet from outside noise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did have a night of some rowdy patrons but I don't think you can pin that on the hotel. Staff promptly dealt with the problem. Overall, would recommend staying here.

We had a great time in Liverpool. The staff at the hotel was excellent. They provided us with lots of ideas for places to see in Liverpool and were very helpful with all our needs. The area sround the hotel has lots of pubs and music venues, but the hotel was still quiet at night

The only thing that could make this property better is an actual bar in the lobby area. The staff was wonderful providing beer, wine and a limited menu ... but I simply love a hotel bar!

The hotel is nice with well appointed rooms and the inclusion of a cupboard kitchenette is handy. Staff were friendly and helpful and booking was easy. The location is very convenient for Albert Dock and the museums, Liverpool One and a 20 walk to either cathedral. There are loads of bars and restaurants around the hotel but this is a double edged sword. Great for eating out but it does mean you get to listen to the bass of music and people coming out of the clubs at half two in the morning! Fine if you are a reasonably heavy sleeper or have ear plugs but not one I could recommend for light sleepers.

From the greeting on our first day to our check out on our last the staff were amazing. Shout out to Cole on the front desk for recognizing I was exhausted and offered a coffee. Her smile each day made us feel we were at home. The Resident never disappoints. Home away from home. Looking forward to our fourth visit next year!
