Stayed six nights, the room was cleaned once. Mattress was terrible, broken springs, humps in your back. Room, size ok but not very clean on arrival. Location excellent, restaurants, pubs and transport nearby.

Läget är superbra😀3 min promenad från Liverpool one, massvis med restauranger runt om. Mattew street 2 min bort. Standarden kunde ju varit högre, men kräver man bara bra säng o dusch är det utmärkt. YNWA

Centralt med slitet
Rummen är OK men det skulle behövas en uppgradering, badrummet var bra. Hotellet ligger bra med gångavstånd till centrum, Albert docks och tågstationen. Personalen var hjälpsamma och positiva. Hotellet är dock ganska slitet och nedgånget.

The location leaves a lot to be desired, unless you happen to be a freelance exotic dancer. Nestled in a district of sex shops and strip clubs, the area attracts the sort of people that you would cross the street to avoid. Next, you enter the lift – I have seen suicide attempts that adhere to more health and safety measures. Seriously – take the stairs… The ‘continental’ breakfast, did'nt exist.. Yes – it is near to the centre of Liverpool, but so are so many other reasonable hotels – they can’t all be this bad. Seriously, do not do it; there are prisons that are luxurious by Hotel Tune's standards. The bed? Horrible. The shower? Jeeez And before you ask yourself, “can it really be that bad?” Trust me! Check out at 10am? Seriously? "Relax they only charge an extra 20 £ for letting you stay until 2pm.. though the cleaning lady never show up anyway.

We would like apologise greatly, for your unpleasant stay and we do also apologise about your view of the city. We do offer a late check-out for £15 up until 1pm, and we do mention before you book, there is no breakfast served, but there are plenty of available locations to eat a 'continental' breakfast around the local area. We apologise for the housekeeping not appearing during your stay, as the rooms are cleaned after every third day, as this is a afactor to keep the prices as one of the lowest in the city centre. Rätt ok hotell om man inte har problem med små rum. Vi hade 11 dubbelrum och några av dem var riktigt små. Kalasläge om man tex gillar Matthew Street med dess pubar. Kan absolut tänka mig att boka detta hotellet igen.

Lovely and central to all of Liverpool attractions. So cheap and great quality. No kettle in the room but could buy from reception. Have stayed here 3 times now. Gave a reduction for local parking which was a bonus.

Great location for base to visit Liverpool, both for walking and transport links. Pretty basic room great hot water and water pressure. Noisy at times on the weekend but to be expected given location. Only had maid service ONCE in a 7 night stay! Wouls at least have appreciated someone taking out the garbage!

This property is unsafe. The rooms at the back of the hotel are difficult to access, you have to wind yourself around multiple stairways and elevators to get there and if there's ever a fire. I am not confident you could find your way out.The mattresses had spring coils that dug into your back and the hallways ad elevators were filthy.

Adequate for my purposes as a solo traveller just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower. The bed is pushed against the wall so not ideal for 2 people, the windows let through all sound (and drafts) fortunately I was in a room at the back.

This is a budget hotel in a listed building Great location, staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for us Liked - v clean, fresh fluffy towels, quality toilet paper newly refurbished bathroom very basic but only stayed 1 night Disliked - The bed was very uncomfortable I felt I was sleeping on the floor it was that hard. i returned at 11.30pm The walls were very thin I could hear clearly what guests were saying in the corridor on our floor when they returned during the night and I was disturbed several times. Notices should be placed in prominent areas reminding guests to be quiet and the night staff should also remind guests when they return late. The room was freezing when I checked in I set air conditioning on high and was seated in room for 2 hours relaxing it never warmed up, an additional heating or better air conditioning is required.

This venue isnt a hotel , its more like a student accommodation, the carpets are stained , curtains stained , walls are all marked , had to walk through an old damp function room to reach the furthest away 3 rooms , room was tiny , an average sized bed , a small plastic chair , and a dirty toilet , wouldn advise anyone to go near this , ignore the pictures of the rooms , never seen any that looked nice , no bar , no food , no entertainment, NOT A HOTEL

Stayed for 2 nights in march. Location ecxellent definitely not a hotel more like a hostel..no hotel facilities..no kettle in room..a television with 2 stations. Room awful..paint peeling off walls...windows about to fall out and filthy..v cold room had to put towel in front of window. We were on 3rd floir got lift to first floor then had to walk 52 steps to room...imagine doing this 3 or 4 times a day...they charge 2euro per bag to store...not acceptable... will not be back..
