Lite besviken
Hotelllet var helt okej men det stod att det skulle finnas en italiensk restaurang men den fanns inte. Poolen såg inte ut som på bilderna utan där var det tydligen renovering på gång. Känner inte att det motsvarade mina förväntningar som jag hade efter jag hade hittat hotellet via Hotels. Dessutom så var vägen utanför extremt trafikerad och ljudnivån var väldigt hög.

Härlig vistelse!
Vi åkte till Liverpool för att uppleva stämningen när Liverpool spelade CLfinal i Madrid! Det mesta var fullbokat men vi hittade detta hotell! Mycket nöjda! Bra service, bra restaurang, härlig pool, spa o gym! Om man ska se något negativt så tar det ju ca 15 min i taxi in till Liverpool men det funkar det oxå!

Trevligt mottagande
Bra ställe precis utanför Liverpool, gångavstånd om man orkar gå några kilometer till centrum. Trevlig personal och skön säng.

Unfortunately our room was not clean and had a terrible smell. The carpet was dirty and it just generally looked quite run down and in need of a freshen up. They couldn’t offer another room as all family rooms were booked so we never stayed. We have stayed in other Village Hotels which were great but I couldn’t say the same about this one.

Great Hotel, room not to clean, To begin
Great Hotel with a good bar and food, friendly staff and a great gym. The cleanliness of my room wasnt to good. The small shelf behind the headboard of the bed was thick with dust and dirt. The edging in the bathroom below the mirror was thick with dust and dirt. The skirting boards was very dusty.

Nice stay, everything was as ypu would expect. The o ly tbing that was a let down was the bar maid that served us our drinks totally didn't want to be there. She was unhelpful and the only time she used any manners was when she was taking our money. L

Enjoyed our stay, however stood on a very small slither of glass in the swimming pool which made my toe bleed. Staff did get me a plaster, they reassured me they check in the pool later.

What a lovely place to stay staff were so friendly. Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. Good food and also a Starbucks on sight.will definitely be visiting again.

comfortable hotel, but it's the staff who make it!
Great stay as ever, lovely staff, thanks for the chats to Sally, Nikki and Louie on front desk, and special shout out to Julie at breakfast F&B for remembering why we were last there and giving us a big hug when she found out we were back for the funeral. Love that the staff go that extra step and are friendly x

Carpet renewal 😊
Hi. My family stay in Village Hotel was brilliant as it was back in July and hopefully it will be again in December with my 5 friends. Sally and Nicky are so helpful as was another lady who asked me if I needed to put my milk in a fridge to keep it cold as my room might be too warm for it. As I said I’m due to go back on 2nd December with my 5 Fussy friends, lovely friends they are, but I know they will love the hotel but not the carpet. I’m afraid it’s time for village hotel to get wooden floors or tiles down as the carpet in our room this time and the last time we’re badly stained and it really takes away from the cleanliness of the rest of our room and the hotel, which is lovely as is the service and food. Please consider this idea. It may be expensive but I’m sure easier to clean and healthier for guests. We had a lovely time on our trip thank you Village Hotel. Kind regards. Really enjoyable stay at The Village. Staff were excellent and very welcoming, Evening meal was excellent and a surprise upgrade to a family room was much appreciated. Booked again for my next trip to The Wirral next week.
