“I booked a Family Apartment with 2 rooms with 2 beds. They gave me two separate apartments with 2 beds. I declined the second apartment because we were traveling with children. When I asked them if it would be the same price they said yes. When I asked them why I didn't get the room I booked, it was available, they said Expedia made a mistake. When I told them to give me the second room the offered at the beginning if they weren't going to give me the room I booked or a refund they said they...

“The rooms and grounds are dirty. The surroundings are unsafe. They didn't provide towels. The beds were broken.”

“I will never stay here again. Don't like sleeping in a bed with ants or TRYING to use a shower without water!”

“The rooms were dusty and i have a sensitive nose. The water had to be turned on outside making it difficult for someone who wanted to bath early. No WIFI was the biggest no-no. I would not recommend, even to my worst enemy. They need to improve”
