Fantastiskt ställe en liten bit utanför city
Har bara gott att säga om hotellet. Prisvärt (lågsäsong?). Stora fina rum (men trög dörr till duschen). EU-kontakter bra för att ladda mobilen. God frukost och fantastisk personal. Väldigt nära till DLR för resa in till City. Gångavstånd till linbana över till O2 och Uber Boats. De håller på att bygga ut ExCel så vyn ut över Themsen kommer blockeras. Har bara gott att säga om det här hotellet förutom att poolen var lite av en besvikelse. Inget utsikt som på foton här. Hårstrån i vattnet. Väldigt stimmigt när vi var där. Begränsade möjligheter att byta om på plats. Och trots att vi bad om badhandukar i receptionen flera gånger kom de aldrig med några. Bara pga detta får hotellet 9 istället för 10.

Amazing hotel and service. So friendly and high standard hotel. Recommend this hotel for everyone. Great breakfast buffé. Thank you for prepping the room for my daughters birthday.

Very close to Excel exhibition which was good! Average breakfast... Nice room but with very boring view on the backside overlooking a parking space and a railway track.

Perfekt boende nära Excel
Helt ok hotel i London. Sitter mer eller mindre ihop med Excel utställningshallar och ett par hundra meter till tåget. Perfekt om man ska deltaga i en mässa eller något på Excel.

En bra vistelse!
Det var bra service och bra möjligheter som tex gym och pool. Lite dyr frukost för vad man fick. Väldigt nära till komunaltrafiken! Nöjd med upplevelsen.

Bra hotell men ingen inkluderad frukost
Superbra ställe, fräsch & doftade av inomhus-poolen. Bra helhetsbetyg, men två saker tar ner upplevelsen. 1. Frukosten ingick ej, vilket var lite konstigt tycker jag på ett 4 - stjärnigt hotell. 2. Glömde tyvärr badbyxor hemma, så tänkte hyra/köpa på hotellet. Mitt fel som glömde, men tycker att ett 4stjärnigt ska ha den möjligheten som tyvärr ej fanns.

Despite trying to alter our booking to one night instead of two due to the rail strike the hotel refused to refund that one nights prepaid amount. We gave more than 3 days notice (as soon as we knew there was a train strike) and still stayed for the one night but sdrdpite expedias best efforts the hotel refused to allow the change or offer any type of refund or alternative option. In addition the restaurant was not open as promised at 5 pm and equally room service was not available at that time. This resulted in our having no food after a terrible train journey of over 4 hours and being late for our pre booked show. All in all a very poor attitude at this hotel.

Great hotel! Nice pool, fabulous breakfast. Only problem was the work going on at the Excell looked unsightly, but no noise during our stay. I expect it will be completed in the next few months. Really good spot if visiting the Excell or O2.

For Excel it's the closest option but prices vary considerably. Communal areas are nice and the restaurant was a nice place for lunch. Rooms good, but feel somewhat dated and impersonal. Facilities in room are not particularly well thought out. Breakfast was mediocre.. good selection but the food quality was poor and whoever labeled items clearly couldn't care as jam and juices were incorrect labelled which was laughable... since when did orange and apple juice get so easily mixed up? The scrambled egg was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Check out was easy although very impersonal.

The property was nice to stay up, but they had construction going on. So there's no views besides construction. Plus Road were blocked off Making It's hard to travel

The Aloft is a really nice hotel to stay at if you’re in the docklands area. There is ALOT of building work going on so it can look pretty chaotic. The building work also means that you’ll have zero views but for us, that wasn’t an issue. The staff are all really helpful, the rooms and areas in the hotel are spotless. On the whole, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Expensive, for the poor amenities & house keeping and bad customer service. Water bottle kept but empty. Empty soap container in the shower. Not refilled even after reporting multiple times/ days at front desk. No action, except sorries. If we say something, they reply sorry, we are new to hotel etc etc.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic hotel to stay in! Small, if slightly chilly pool, sauna and steam room were a bonus. Breakfast was brilliant - so much choice, from mackerel to hash browns, pastries and mushrooms! Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Great stay!!! Me and my son had an amazing time. Only thing I’d suggest, is trying to get the pool a little warmer. It was very cold.

Great Hotel
Great hotel. If you have any business at the ExCel center I would recommend that you stay here. This was a 100 feet walk to the entrance. Fantastic place and awesome staff
