Mycket fint hotell med fantastisk service och fräsch, snygg inredning. Lyxkänsla! Har bott på många fina hotell men här är det detaljerna som avgör och som gör att jag tycker detta är ett av de absolut bästa. Vid incheckning blev vi genast erbjudna något att dricka, roomservice var snabb, frukosten var underbar med massor av fräscha frukter och bär, inte bara den klassiska fruktsalladen. Sängarna var sköna, duschen hade bra flöde, etc etc. Har absolut inget att klaga på! Detta blir vårt hotell i fortsättningen.

Good but for that money you can do better
Comfy rooms, great location. Compared to when I stayed here three years ago I would have to say there is less attention to detail and the staff seemed at not unfriendly but disinterested in guests. So very nice hotel but not five stars in my book.

Superb
Wonderful stay at Andaz Hotel. Travelled with teenagers. Best location. A nice walk down to Tate, lovely markets on weekends around the corner. Lot´s of nice restaurants, pubs, vinerys if you don´t want to eat at the hotel. Superb japanese. Also included in roomservice. Everyone were so lovely and welcoming. Nice service. Amazing breakfast (in the most beautiful enormous room with a cupole). Clean. Big rooms. Renovated delightfully. Arty. Love the area. Will absolutely return...

Top notch hotel by Liverpool street station

Bra läge precis bredvid Liverpool Street station
Trevligt hotell med bra service. Läget är bra med närhet till Liverpool Street station och Shorditch. Flyger man till och från Stanstead är läget perfekt. Mycket sköna sängar och fräscha nyrenoverade rum. Om ni stannar över är det definitivt värt att ta med frukost, stort urval med bra kvalitet. Det är inget budgethotell men vi stannade bara en natt och ville ha det lilla extra.

Vi var i London för att fira nyår. Hotellet var otroligt, servicen var perfekt och det var bortom våra förväntningar. Rekommenderar detta hotell starkt. Frukosten var även den fantastisk!

Snyggt och bra service
Schysst hotel precis vid tunnelbanestationen. Detta störde oss inte alls trots att vi bodde på andra våningen. Väldigt fina och rymliga rum! Gratis minibar där man får önska om mer av det man gillade i minibaren. Vi fick extra av allt andra dagen efter att ha fyllt i ett formulär på rummet. Jättebra service i receptionen som var vänliga och tillmötesgående. Det enda vi tyckte var dåligt var att wi-fi inte fungerade optimalt. Man loggades ut flera gånger utan anledning. Området är lugnt och jag tyckte att det var skönt att komma bort från bayswater/ earls court/Hyde park där alla andra hotell ligger. Dessutom hittade vi det bästa brunchstället(Polo bar) just runt hörnet och åt där samtliga dagar.

Perfekt hotell i London

As soon as got close to our room the area had a sewage smell but this smell was also present in our room. We thought it was temporary so we pressed on with our planned evening and upon our return we could still smell it, so we notified the front desk to which the lady said she will send an engineer to do something about it and will notify us once something had been done. It was already 11pm by this time and we had no call back from the front desk, after growing tired of waiting we went to sleep. In the morning we wanted to leave as quick as possible but to top it all off me and my wife both had like warm showered, much to our dismay.

Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere. The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym. The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street. Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

Amazing experience. The amenities are great: minibar, coffee and pastries are complimentary. Staff is excellent: special thanks to Ryan, the duty manager on New Years Eve. My only complaint is the housekeeping overlooked cleaning our coffee mugs. 4 nights and they were never changed. I’m pretty sure they didn’t vacuum the floors as well but the bed and bathroom were clean. I’d still definitely stay there again.
