Lyxigt och mycket hemtrevligt med ett fantastiskt bemötande från personalen. Jag förstår Winston Churchill, som på frågan vilket hotell han bodde på i London sa att han bodde inte på hotell, han bodde på Brown's.

Brown’s Hotel is a lovely peaceful hotel for a stay in London. The staff is incredibly helpful and warm. The high tea is highly recommended as well! We enjoyed our breakfasts in the beautiful Charlie’s restaurant. Highly recommend! Cannot wait to go back!

I was eager to try Brown's for its storied history and excellent location. On the plus side, the restaurants (both Charlie's and the Drawing Rooms) were excellent, as was the concierge service. On the minus side, my room facing Dover Street was so noisy that I had to move because I couldn't sleep. There's a club there that features screaming, outdoor singing and the revving of engines late into the night--and that's during the week. I could still hear the din on the Albermarle side, but at least I managed to get some sleep. For £785 a night, I expect better. I also expect carpeting in the room, rather than plank floors more suited to a log cabin than a fine hotel.

Your feedback is much appreciated.I was however very sorry to read that you were disturbed by some noise coming from Dover Street, and what I believe is mostly likely linked to 'Bagatelle' restaurant opposite the hotel.Please accept my most sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and allow me to inform you that we already are in active discussion with Westminster Council to address this particular issue.We do have a large variety of rooms at Brown's, with a high proportion of our street-facing rooms, whether on Dover Street or Albemarle Street, benefiting from triple glazing, and we also have a large amount of internal-facing rooms which are particularly quiet.I am genuinely sorry this was not the case for the room you were originally allocated in, but I was glad to see that our team was able to assist with a room move so you could enjoy a peaceful sleep.Finally, whilst some of our rooms indeed feature wooden floors, most of our rooms are carpeted, and our team will certainly be happy to add this preference to your profile notes for your future visit.Thank you again for allowing us to reflect on our service delivery in these particular circumstances, and I certainly hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back to Brown's in the near future, at which time we will spare no efforts in providing a blemish-free stay. This hotel is awesome! The history, updated decor, staff, bar and food were all fantastic. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff was extremely helpful with airport transfers, hire cars, directions and the like. The location is also perfect - steps from Buckingham Palace, Mayfair shopping and parks. Highly recommend!
