Fräscha rum. Ok läge - låg utanför centrum med nära flera tunnelbanelinjer. Personalen var inte så service minded

Nice and comfortable
Hard to rate service, since covid regulations meant no housekeeping unless I ordered it 24 hours in advance. The room was very comfortable, the shower worked perfectly and an extra plus for the built-in casting feature on the TV. So easy to set up. The location was perfect, with easy access to both my client and at least three Underground stations. Would gladly stay there again!

the location was fantastic and the lobby area was very professional and representative (even held an interview there). The room was a bit out-dated and small.

Centralt beläget hotell med närhet till 2 olika tunnelbanestationer med olika linjer. Bra sängar, trevligt med tillgång till kaffe och te när som helst, även frukt och snacks vissa dagar. Ett flertal frukostställen att välja på alldeles utanför hotellet.

We enjoyed our stay
Great for mini weekend. City is a bit off the main tourist bustle but it is a nice hotel and good location in City.

Bästa läget! Nära till alla sevärdheter, både till fots och via tunnelbanan. Trevlig personal och god service. Vi valde att äta frukost utanför hotellet då många valmöjligheter fanns. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms are small but comfortable. My only beef is the bed was too close to the wall which made it challenging getting out of bed and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. That's challenging for a guy. Complimentary coffee and cookies are good. Centrally located. There's a nice market across the street, Market St. Tube nearby, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, River Thames, monument dedicated to the fire of London in 1666, an incredible market right across the Tower Bridge and if you like Indian/Bangladesh food or into Jack the Ripper, the East End/Whitechapel is close. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in London. Easy access to both the train station (Stansted Express), busses and Underground. It's in the Financial District so can be quite busy during the week but we found it very easy to get around and would stay here again.

Room was good, first one the heater wasn’t working properly but they switched us to another room where the heat was working perfectly. Very helpful staff and were able to call us a cab when needed
