Det är absolut inte en familj hotell. Gemensamma och trasiga toaletter, noll kvalitet, kallt,väldigt smutsig och trasiga sängar. Stannade en natt fats betalade för två nätter eftersom vi bokade i förväg så kunde vi ej få pengarna tillbaka.

Snuskigt hotell nära tågstation
Snuskigt hotell dålig område ska inte finnas alls med på sidan .visar andra bilder på nätet helt annat på riktigt. Det går inte att äta frukost åt inte alls fast hade betalat för det.

Hotellet var över bokat,fick bo i ett litet råtthål till rum,efter ett par nätter fick jag bo i ett lite större råtthål,jag avråder att någon bokar detta hotell.

Trevlig personal men ingen höjdare till hotell
Trevligt bemötande av personalen, men dålig standard på hotellet. Hotellet ser mycket bättre ut på bilderna än i verkligheten (ganska vanligt). Trots antydningar om att det var nyrenoverat blev vi först väldigt besvikna. Väldigt lyhört mellan alla väggar, frukosten var lite halvsunkig. Går att bo på i ett par dagar, men skulle hellre lägga mer pengar på hotell till nästa gång!

Diappointed.
Not very good. Shower not working well. Almost 10-15 people had to queue up for use of bathroom. Rooms not spacious, beds uncomfortable.

dear our guest that is not true our hotel is newly refurbished and also we have professional cleaners to clean the bathrooms in a regular basis, also we have more than 5 showers to be shared and some other rooms with private bathroom, no way you can have queue to use the bathroom.

Good lodge
It’s good . Booked for a room with private toilet but had a little problem but was changed for a room with shared bathroom, staffs there were very friendly and helpful. Can’t complain much. Room was very neat and clean.

Was nice enough, not overly fancy. Communal bathrooms for rooms which was a little awkward but fine. Rooms were clean but bathroom could be cleaner. Minimal contact with staff but we’re friendly enough when engaged.

The staff were very helpful but the bed mattress really uncomfortable and the shared bathroom in need of decorating and modernising. The disappointment was the pictures advertising the property is very misleading I actually thought there was a garden area with seating in fact it was very overgrown and very uninviting. A lot of money paid for this budget hotel for 1 night.

Wouldn’t recommend
The hotel is extremely run down and the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I walked to Tesco to buy bathroom cleaner and mould remover as it was so disgusting. I put a very dirty bath mat outside the room as very unhygienic. No duvet just a used throw, everything old and stained. The staff were friendly and helpful though. They washed the bath mat, got me a new duvet and cover. I just don’t understand why basic cleanliness and guest comfort is not a rule here. We didn’t expect too much for the price we paid but you don’t expect a dirty room. The location is good and free parking a bonus.

Quando reservei o hotel reservei com pequeno almoço incluído, chego ao hotel faço o check-in, e dizem-me que o pequeno almoço não está incluído é que o site não está atualizado, nada que eu tenha haver com isso, porque é um problema que não é meu, o quanto nem um armário tinha, não faziam a limpeza diária, não trocavam as toalhas, nem lençóis, não tiravam o lixo, não reponham papel higiénico, o Wi-Fi mal funcionava, para não falar da água quente e da água que falhava no hotel, foi uma péssima experiência

Sorry to hear that you were not happy, but in regard to breakfast we have stopped it long time ago and we have updated expedia.com website but some other partners with Expedia they taking their information from the website but they did not update so also it is not our fault. and regard to hot water we have 24 hours hotwater and our housekeepers are cleaning the rooms everyday from 9 am to 2 pm, if you need any extra cleaning or clean linen just ask, our WI FI is working fine with strong signals.

Was not very clean at all. The sheets and towels were dirty and we only had a blanket not a duvet and the blankets had burn holes in them. Just all in all didn’t seem very safe and quite unclean.

Very low budget hotel, with free parking, free WiFi and close to the train station. Friendly staff. However, heating hours set up randomly and minimal, been cold in the room as windows was old and in need of repair / refurbishment as the hotel, also. Wardrobe with no hangers and missing door, shower cubicle in room was blocked / closed/ not in use. The sink in the room had the hot water tap broken. Inadvertently advertising free breakfast on Hotels.com. Expedia, etc

This place is horrendous! The guy checking us in was angry we checked in a day late (done because our flight was early the next morning and we wanted to check right in) but the room we were supposed to be in flooded so they put us in a smaller room. So he was mad that we were both a day late, and 2 hours early for check in?? There was a shared bathroom which was never advertised, the mattress for lack of a better word was springs with a sheet on top. They never turned heat on, we couldn’t plug anything in without it scrambling the television, the was we’re so thin you can hear every voice in the building. One morning the manager was banging on a neighbor’s door threatening to call the police because it was after checkout time and they were still there (this went on for nearly an hour). I’ve never been so disappointed with accommodations in my life and wouldn’t recommend for even mice to stay here. We paid for 7 nights and stayed 2 before finding somewhere else.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one for what to expect for the cost. The shower could do with better cleaning... Overall friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to transport and local shops.

Staff helpful.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with regard to apps. Rooms were very small and tired. Expected a bit more for the price.

Hotel worse than a refugee camp
Horrible place - nothing like it looked on-line and didn’t even bother staying for the second pre-paid night, it was such an ordeal! Felt like there were fleas in the bed and woke up with a rash - avoid at all costs if you value your health and sense of good judgement!

I was very disappointed with the hotel, the room was very tiny, the bed was not comfortable, bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower. Breakfast was not provided even though the booking said it would, I was offered a cup of coffee or pointed to where I could make one. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
