When we stayed there, there was no hot water or heating for 4 days. The communication was not good enough and we got not no compensation. When we asked about compensation, we were told to do this through expedia...

Hello Thank you for your feedback. We experienced a major flood in our boiler house which resulted in the lack of hot water on Thursday and Friday. We have handled all queries relating to this directly at the apartments so please do get in touch and we will assist with this. Jag har bott här mer än 20 gånger . Tidigare har det varit utmärkt . Något har hänt . Hissarna fingerade inte i maj. Nu i juli fungerar bara en hiss. Personalen skyller på serviceteknikern.Personalen byts ut ofta och verkar ointresserad, så var det inte får några år sedan. Rummen uppvisar tecken på slitage o möblerna inte bytta sedan det öppnades. 2 gånger öppnas dörren av städpersonal utan att ringa på...Hotellet saknar luftkonditionering vilket inte vore ett problem om det var tillåtet att öppna fönstren mer an 12 cm . Fönstren är fastskruvade och spärrarna får inte skruvas ur. Soliga dagar blir det 35 grader i rummet och endast fläktar erbjuds inte att öppna fönstren. Tråkigt att se detta en gång så trevliga hotel gå utför

Rymlig lägenhet i lugnt område
Hög standard, luftig lägenhet, bra service, gym i topklass. Lite trixigt att beställa frukost men i övigt toppbetyg ! Bra lugnt läge med buss 24 alldeles intill.

Dolphin House apartment
Dolphin House apartment är absolut det bästa lägenhetsboendet vi har bott på i London. Vi har bott på 10 olika. Vad som var bra är att en rums lägenheterna hade separat sovrum, vardagsrum med pentry och micro, kylskåp. Fanns även bra frukost att köpa till. Fint stort badrum och rymliga garderober 2 st. Lugn säkert område nära Themsen och Tate Britain. Fanns även gym och pool som ingick som var superfint. Oturistigt område. Dock ett äldre hus från 1930-talet och relativt långt från Hyde park. Bra bussförbindelse till sliane Square nr 360.

Rummet gav en lite gammal och unken känsla. Behöver piffas upp. Dåligt med bussar, affärer och rest. i närheten. Frukosten inget att skryta med.

Det är tredje gånger vid bor här. Den här gången vi stannade 14 nätter. Allt var bra, det skulle vara bättre om de kunde dammsuga varje dag när de städade för under hela vår vistelse hade de inte dammsuga någon gång. En sak till var duschblandare trasig man kunde inte vrida till varmare, hoppas de kan fixa till det. I stort sett mycket nöjd med allt, bra service och bra läge.

Ok lägenhetshotell
Hotellrummet var helt ok. Det var varmt så man fick sova med öppet fönster. Det var väldigt tyst både utanför och inne i hotellet. Personalen hjälpsam och trevlig. Trevligt poolområde. Dåligt Wi-Fi Nära till tunnelbanan ca 5 min promenad.

Bra valuta för pengarna
STOOOR 3-rumslägenhet, betydligt fräschare än standarden på ett medelklasshotell i London, och dessutom till ett bättre pris. Service minded personal, och en helt OK frukost - som serverades med utsikt över inomhuspoolen. Tyvärr provades inte spa-avdelningen. Läget var det inte heller ngt fel på, ca 3-5 minuters promenad till Pimlico station och ca 10-12 minuter till Victoria.

Nice bachelor pad with some history by the Thames.
This place at the rather political notorious Dolphin Square provided a bijou apartment that was just comfortably a bachelor's pad. At check-in I was given a WiFi access voucher that was only valid for one device, to connect other devices, you either tethered to your mobile phone or had to pay extra. The living is joined to a small kitchen, that has a stove, a microwave oven and a small fridge freezer, there is no washing machine or dishwasher. There is a launderette in the apartment complex, a dry cleaners, a gym and spa and a local supermarket/grocery. There is a flat screen television in the living room and the bedroom with ample storage in the reception. You probably cannot run a home office from this apartment and there is no air conditioning or fans installed. It is close to the Pimlico Underground Station and for casual walks the Thames Path leads to Chelsea Bridge and on to Battersea Park. It was quiet when I was there. For a few night's it is ideal, it would in my view work for long stayers as a home.

The property was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The property has a spa, a restaurant, a pool, and a coffee shop. The beds were comfy, the room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. There’s a small shop in the eastern corridor passed the steps, but also a Tesco nearby, as well as several other shops and amenities. There is a primary school across the street, so it can be “loud” early, but being a parent, that doesn’t bother me (and also depends which way your room faces). There is a beautiful garden in the middle of the complex with great sights, and the location is a less than 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station and about 15 minute walk to the Victoria station, making it very convenient to get around the city. I will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed four years ago and it was a much different place. Very tired and old. Needs renovations. Best part of the previous stay was the amazing breakfast they had. Although They claim breakfast is included it’s a pastry and a coffee. Expedia booking was also terrible to deal with. I gave up trying to change my stay by a day.

Fit for purpose
Fit for purpose, staff made me feel welcome. Nice for a short stay only. Limited in what you can make in the kitchenette as there was no oven only microwave oven. Sofa, table and chairs were uncomfortable but loved the king size bed, would consider stay again if at a good rate otherwise would stay at another apartment hotel.
