It says that you get deluxe rooms, it is not. I stayed in a single room and the room was in a sad state. It is central. If you don’t mind old, tired rooms in the middle of London for 150£, go for it.

Jag hade en fin vistelse, alla var jätte trevliga och hade bra service känsla. Det var ett bra boende med nära till det mesta med trevliga restauranger i närheten för dem som vill äta nära (italienskt, indiskt, asiatiskt) rummen var små som förväntat men hade bra standard för att vara London 👌

Extremt trånga rum! Och fönstret bestod av en lucka i väggen. Väldigt bra & trevlig service men utöver det förstår jag inte hur detta hotell kan klassas som fyrstjärnigt?

Överlag ok - bra läge, bra service och rent. Men badrummet var alldeles för litet man kunde knappt vända sig. Dessutom var viss inredning, typ vägglampor och handdukshållare halvt oskruvade så det kändes att de skulle falla av när som helst.

Hyde Park nära hotellet
Mycket trevligt och vackert Hotell med perfekt läge och trevlig personal. Frukosten var utsökt och med fin service. Rummet litet men där skulle vi ju ändå bara sova och sängarna var såå sköna! Skulle lätt vilja bo där igen.
