I do not know for certain, but I think we got perhaps the worst room of the hotel, at the end of the corridor on the fourth floor opposite a room that was being renovated. dust and noise from the room and the stairway and then a fan that started almost every hour made us so tired that we could not enjoy our stay in London. Strangely enough, when we arrived, the receptionist insisted to the others guys that they could give us this room! We travel several times a year and every hotel we've been on has made us feel welcome and even have got upgraded the room at no charge, but this time did not feel that and we got the worse room than what we booked for.
