Hotellet var väldigt trevligt, fint rum och så och frukosten var bra. Jag tyckte verkligen om det 😊 Dock städar de inte rummet så det kunde ha varit bättre.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. House keeping did a good job cleaning the room, and were flexible with the cleaning times, according to when we went out. The room condition was a little below average, and it only had one window that could only open a crack, not fully. Thankfully it had air condition in the room, extremely good due to heat wave during our stay. The breakfast has most basic items, so was satisfactory. Location is a little out of the way, but underground station is 5 minutes walk away, and city centre is reached in no more than 30 minutes. We got good value for money on our stay.

Fint hotell, men det är långt till det mesta. Dock är det nära till en tunnelbana, så det var ändå smidigt att t sig runt. Frukosten var väl sådär, inte så mycket alternativ att välja på.

Trevligt hotell, rent, bra personal, ok frukost och rymligt frukostrum. Nära till tunnelbanan, kanske lite långt till city. Området under förvandling, byggs mycket, kan nog bli bra. Funkade bra för några dagar med familjen.

De gemensamma ytorna så som entrén och vid frukosten var fina, rummen än mindre bra... Det var trasiga lampor, fläckar på heltäckningsmattan (såg ut som blod) och något slags kryp i sängen! Min sambo blev biten över hela kroppen

We received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and we felt that, with breakfast included in the price, the cost was very reasonable. We were able to purchase 24 hours parking in the hotel car park, which was really helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for our visit to the O2. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Convenient location but a hotel showing signs of wear & tear. Room needs new carpet & painting. Shower particularly - door damaged & paintwork patchy. Couldn't close the window. Work on street outside seems to have been going on forever - might look good when finished but currently depressing. Comfortable bed - I did sleep well but this isn't a cheap stay & a refurb needed.

The staff were great and the location isn't bad but, as a family, the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the room is really little - plus our bathroom was in a bit of a poor state and the shower tray was cracked and very poorly patched up. The complementary luggage storage was a bit of a godsend however!

Too hot!
Room was ridiculously hot when we arrived, we attempted to turn the aircon on which smelt so badly of mould we had to turn it off. As we needed to get the kids to bed we didn’t have time to speak to reception. The next day we switched the heating off and left the window open all day it was still too hot. What a waste of energy heating the hotel to that level! Also bed and pillows are not the most comfortable.

Great stay hotel reception staff lovely and breakfast included plenty of food except toaster was ridiculous didn’t toast at all. Plenty of choice of food too, including cereal or fruit if you didn’t want a hot breakfast.

Perfecte locatie voor een paar dagen Londen
We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen in dit hotel. De locatie is ook prima. Op 5 minuten lopen van de metro (Jubilee Line), dus je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum. Tegenover het hotel is een supermarkt en naast het hotel een pizzeria. De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel. Het (gratis) ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en wordt goed aangevuld. We zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf!
