As always we are happy to stay at Holiday Inn Express and complementary breakfast is always nice, but we would like to have bacon every morning not every other morning (the other morning it was sausage) and boiled eggs was a no show, only scrambled eggs. The breakfast room is really tiny and hot. Fortunately the restaurant is spacious and cozy. I really would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room for snacks and beverages. The nearest tube-station is Finchley Road, not Swiss Cottage. :) The staff is service minded and the WiFi is free. But it is a bit tricky to have to change username and password every 24 h. A Mall with restaurants and Sainsbury's is across the street. Warning about Wetherspoons! Don't go there a Sunday night. Almost everything on the menu was out and we had to wait for an hour before we got any food! The noise from the street isn't too bad on the 4th floor facing the street, but the British emergency vehicles sirens is a topic of it's own, it goes through everything including ear plugs. Sarcastic smile.
