One of the best in London
A hotel with one of the best locations in London. Newly refurbished. Amazing staff and service. I can recommend this hotel both for business traveling and pleasure trips.

Nice hotel close to the parks, good communication close. Old fashioned design, no modern feeling and a bit boring. Noicy 24/7 if you have window to the street. Good service and breakfast.

Service surpassing Mandarin Oriental Bangkok!!
I was there with my family and the "extra mile" was surpassed in light years from the Doormen. This was something I never experienced before at this level - KUDOS.

Bra hotell med perfekt läge.
Vi anlände efter incheckningstid (15.00) men fick ändå inga rum. Rörig incheckning där personalen bad oss ta en promenad och komma tillbaka senare för att se om det fanns några rum! Fick till slut iaf kaffe (efter att ha begärt det) medan vi väntade. Fick 1 av rummen vid 16-tiden men det andra glömde de bort att försöka få fram! Oacceptabelt dåligt av ett Intercontinental-hotell. Har bott på Intercontinental i många länder och detta kommer inte upp i rätt standard. MEN förutom detta var vistelsen helt ok, bra rejäl frukost med bra service. Skapligt fräscha rum (lite slitna) och ganska små i traditionell London-anda. Hotellet ligger suveränt bra. Nära till Hyde Park och tunnelbana. Fritt internet vad det verkade. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen.

Jätte bra frukost! Trevlig bemötande, rent, fint och bra läge. Helnöjd med allt. Kommer att bo här fler gånger.

Har egentligen allt som kan förväntas av ett hotell av den här prisklassen. Alert personal som inte låter dig vänta, fräscha, rena rum. Bekväm säng osv. Läget är suveränt i anslutning till Hyde Park med gångavstånd till Harrods, shoppingen på Bond/New Bond Street, Oxford street och Picadilly Circus. Rekommenderas.

Centralt trevligt lyxhotell
Andra året som vi väljer att bo på InterContinental, Park Lane! Allt är bra, läget,bekvämligheten,fräschheten och inte minst frukosten som ingår. Vi har haft med ett av våra barn och det har gått hur bra som helst. Vi väljer säkert detta hotell även någon gång i framtiden! Vi har varmt rekommenderat detta för våra vänner! Vi vet redan nu en familj som kommer att boka nästa sommar!

Es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, y vaya que tengo experiencia. El cuarto sucio, las cortinas con manchas, pedí un tour con el convierte y me lo cobraron en 1,350 libras, me lo cancelaron 1 día y al día siguiente fue a dármelo una Sra. de 82 años de edad (Ella muy amable, pero tuve cancelar el tour del hastío). No hacían caso del Room Service, me quejé de que me cancelaron el tour y nada. No se puede llegar a ningún lado salvo pasando por el Subway…. Simplemente terrible..!!

déçu
checkin a 20h et malgré ça chambre non prête, après 20 minutes d'attente et quelques coups de gueule la chambre est prête, la chambre était une catégorie en dessous de celle que nous avons réservé, avec une vue sur la route très bruyante. nous nous sommes plaint mais l'hotel campe sur ses positions en nous disant que c'est bien cette chambre alors que non. très déçu du service nous sommes habitué des beaux hôtel nous ne reviendrons pas.
