Hotell i lugnt läge nära Harrods o Hyde Park
Hotellet är rent och fräsht, väl placerat för den som vill utforska den finare shoppingen i London. Även Hyde Park ligger väldigt nära. Lite dras betyget ned av entren och allmänna ytor som ger en aning gammalt intryck. Rummen väldigt fräsha dock.

Perfekt för en weekend i London
Supertrevligt hotell med bra service, perfekt läge (två minuters gång från Harrods och Hyde Park) och pool.

Bra hotell med perfekt läge!
Både receptions- och städpersonal var noga med att man upplevde en bra standard. De var mycket behjälpliga. Städning 2 gånger/dag (även om det inte behövdes). Alla var väldigt trevliga

Hotell med toppenläge i knightsbridhe. Närhet till det mesta och samtidigt vid lugn gata. Fina och fräscha rum. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Pärlan i Knightbridge!
Diskret lyxigt hotell med toppenservice och bemötande. Beläget på gångavstånd till Harrods och Harvey Nichols. Lugna omgivningar med mycket bra resturanger, bl a 3 st Michelinkrogar i samma kvarter!! Full pott!

Jag och min sambo bodde i ett "Executive room" på JLH en helg i juli 2014 och var mycket nöjda med vårt boende. Vi hade lämnat önskemål om att få checka in tidigare och vi fick tillgång till rummet direkt då vi anlände vid hotellet vid ca 11:15 på fredagen. Vid ankomst välkomnades vi av trevlig personal som erbjöd oss någonting kallt att dricka och svala handdukar att torka av oss med. Detta var mycket uppskattat då det var en väldigt varm dag! När vi sedan kom in till rummet fick vi en till trevlig överraskning - AC:n var igångsatt och det var svalt och skönt i rummet! Vi är överlag mycket nöjda med servicen och rummets bekvämligheter. Ingenting negativt att anmärka på! Rekommenderas varmt!

Kanonservice!
Ett nytt favorithotell för oss. Det var lagom stort med en fantastisk service utan att vara stelt som det många ggr är på femstjärniga hotell. Glöm inte att äta på Zaffarano alldeles bredvid, en helt fantastisk italienare...

Hotellet uppfyllde alla våra förväntningar på skicket och bekvämligheter. Restaurangen provade vi inte men baren var bra. Rummet var alltid välstädat. WiFi på rummet fanns utan att det stod det innan, dock så var det otydligt att detta kostade pengar och hur mycket.

Toppstandrad i bra område med personlig touch !
Jätteskön säng, rent o fräscht o hög standard på badrum o teknik. Lugnt o välisolerat, man sov gott. Jag kommer definitivt att bo här igen om de har priser som är överkomliga. Trevliga frukostställen i närheten.

Love the hotel’s location, less than 5min walk to Sloane st and Harrods. Very quiet and relaxing. The room however unfortunately is run down, the windows were dirty and black like it was mould (I don’t think it was mould). Pillows aren’t the jumeriah standard, I barely slept. I do like the hotel though and would stay again for the location and ambience.

Despite asking for a quiet room we were put at the back very near air conditioning units. We were moved but to the front which had alot of traffic noise which we were told about but had no choice. The fan in the bathroom was on all night so not very quiet! Clean tidy and comfy but wouldn't stay again due to noise

Amazing staff from the doorman, reception, spa, breakfast Honestly it’s not easy to find same quality in central London I came with my baby and wife and it was perfect. Room very nice, very quiet first floor.

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely staff who are very accommodating- printing pictures for our room as a surprise for my husband and sending strawberries and balloons was a lovely surprise for me too! Leave your cat at home because you can’t swing it in the room, but apart from that a gorgeous space for the night. Small but perfectly formed. Thanks again for a memorable anniversary stay.

Excellent stay
We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. The check in was a great experience, staff were very attentive. They helped organise flowers, balloons and chocolates on our arrival. We upgraded the room to an executive suite and we were impressed with the room. We had breakfast delivered to our room for £10 fee and it was very tasty. Check out was simple and we would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay.

Very underwhelming for what we paid for. Location is excellent but there is little to no lobby, no real hotel bar, breakfast was mediocre, and all the sexy amenities are in the much better sister hotel down the road. I felt completely deceived by the photos.

One of my worst experiences ever in a London Hotel. Outdated room, cleanliness seems to be not within the norms of this hotel, extremely careless front desk staff. Certainly would not repeat my stay there under any circumstances.
