Good location
Good location close to Queen Square and National Hospital. Rooms are small - as often in London. Liked the shower and bathroom and comfortable bed.

Ok hotell men uppdatera frukosten
Överlag var hotellet ok men personalen i frukostrestaurangen verkade oerfaren och var ganska ointresserad. Trots att frukostbuffén var framdukad till 9.30 saknades äggröra 2 av 4 dagar. Kokt ägg fanns inte och när vi beställde det tog det 30 min innan det kom och var då kallt. Brödet bestod endast av smaklöst, billigt rostebröd och några enstaka gamla, torra bullar. Grönsaker fanns endast i form av några stekta tomater. S k bacon var stekt kassler! Man kan begära mer av ett fyrstjärnigt hotell för över 2000 kr/natt.

Great location, and great standard for the price
The location of the hotel is great! Walking distance to Covent garden and the subway, close to Camden, bars and restaurants. Small rooms with AC, pretty hard beds but for the price you can't get a much better hotel in London

Terrible beds, so soft that I actually slept on the floor. the breakfast was unfortunately also terrible. The room smelled both clorine and mold.

Dear Robert. Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise for the inconvinience experienced during your stay. We are in the process of replacing all of the mattresses, which is a part of a major refurbishment that is being carried out. This includes also repaiting and redecorating all of the rooms. We are also considering several improvements to our breafast in order to meet needs and requirements of all of our guests. We appreciate your comments, as they help us to become aware about aspects of the hotel operations that could be improved.

Perfekt läge! Trevlig och professionell personal. Härlig restaurang med god mat och underbar personal. Bra frukost där man förutom buffén kunde få nästan vad som helst från köket som omelett, pocherade ägg, gröt och varm choklad. Mycket nöjd!

Hit vill jag igen!
Fick rum på bottenvåningen (5) och när vi klev in undrade vi först var fönstret är, i taket visade det sig och varför inte. Storleken går inte att klaga på för ett normalt rum med rörelsefrihet. Bra garderob och stort badrum med härlig takdusch. Valde att boka med frukost och den bjöd på en bra start för dagen. Tog något slut fylldes det snabbt på. För att vara fyrstjärnig får den fem av mig. Återvänder gärna! Jo just det, tunnelbanan Piccadilly line går i närheten vilket gör att man på ett enkelt sett kommer från Heathrow och sedan enkelt runt på stan.

Location and that is quiet despite being so central is very good. The breakfast was good but nothing special, the brewed coffee was poor, but there were espresso machine options that were very good.

Bra läge, men...
Bra läge! Ok standard - men, dålig internetuppkoppling. Routern krånglade vid ett flertal tillfällen. Fler incidenter, som exempelvis en personal dundrade in i rummet med en flaska champagne i näven utan att knacka. Tog fel rum:) Bott här förut, men aldrig mer!

We don't provide fresh vegetables on the breakfast buffet, it's not something we've ever been asked for, but there is fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurts and of course a large hot buffet to choose from. Warning, double beds are really small!!!
Stayed six nights, with my nine year old son. We had booked a smaller double bed room, but I was for certain that it was the room that was smaller, not the bed. The queen-size bed was only 120 centimeter wide (!!) and that was not giving us any room at all, so I went down to complain about this directly. The receptionist that was there said there were no room with larger beds available for one of the six nights (day after) but it should cost 20 pound extra per day and were no problem to fix that for us. We told them we wanted that and they also said they might get a cancellation day after so if we slept one night in the small bed we could then have five, instead of four, of the nights in a larger bed. When we talked to her the day after they had rented out the room we were supposed to have, the rest of the days too, but a supervisor say that my temper was about to explode and stepped in and got us another room, but while we were checking that the girl in the other counter hired that room out to other guest, but this guy managed to get another room anyway (so now they suddenly had more than one, magic!) and we could stay the rest of the four nights in a 140 centimeter wide double bed (I do not call a bed less than 160 cm a double bed, and 180 centimeter a regular double bed). There is other hotels with the same price, better size of beds and as good location, so guess I am not coming back to this hotel if not travelling alone.

Vad man kan förvänta sig av ett Mercure-hotell. Bra läge mellan st pancras och Covent Garden, nära British museum. Väldigt litet badrum i enkelrum. Lyhört från andra rum, korridoren och trafik. Inget träningsrum. Billig frukost, 10 pund.

Below expectations
The bed size is really small 120cm in small double rooms and 140cm in standard. One room smelled from the bathroom. Carpet in room have seen its better days. The straff were kind and offered help and without them the ratings would be lower. The restaurant offers ok food. We ate the burgers and they were served luxuary but over coocked. But the taste were ok but dry.

Bra hotell i Bloomsbury området
Bokade kingsize men fick irriterande nog fel vid ankomst, men det löste sig dagen efter med kompensation. Ett bra hotell nära 2 tublinjer och puben The Swan runt knuten.

Trist, men bra läge
Vi ombokades av hotels.com från hotell Russell till detta som ligger lika centralt i Bloomsbury 5 min promenad från British Museum. Hotellet är litet, ger ett fräscht intryck i entrén, men rummet var mörkt med fönster mot en bakgård och med alla husets fläktar utanför som förde ett himla väsen. Sängarna var ok, men med stängt fönster kändes polyesterlakanen som plastpåsar att sova i. Frukost ordinär. Hela stället ger intryck av gamla Östeuropa.

Bra hotell. Kommer tillbaka.
Detta är ett bra hotell. Kvaliteten är vad förväntar sig i andra städer men kanske inte så ofta får i London. Riktig trevlig personal! Hjälpsamma på alla sätt å vis! Frukosten är ok men man kan efter en dag eller två nog längta efter att äta någon annanstans för variationens skull. Vi fick ett fint hörnrum. Lagom stort och bra säng. Heltäckningsmatta, men av den korthåriga typen så det var ganska ok. Jag bor gärna här igen.

Perfekt hotell. Nära tunnelbanan. Gångavstånd till Oxford. Buss precis utanför hotellet. Gott om restauranger i området. Ett prisvärt alternativ. Frukost för 10£ ingen lyxfrukost men väl godkänd.
