We apologize that you did not appreciate our property, but as far as the bags are concerned we have never seen garbage on the floor so i think our cleaners know when to change the envelopes the time. As for the towels when we check in the guest finds it all in the room, afterwards, if the customer wants extra staff, envelope ask for and will be provided.
