We did not have any hot water on the day we arrived and on the day we checked out. When we told the attendant at the desk they did not offer any kind of response except that there was a pipe problem. They never offered any discount and seemed unconcerned.

It is at a very busy, complex intersection. I have stayed here many times over the years, however mostly because of the price. It is still my best choice for short visits to the city. Yet the building is definitely showing its age.

I have stayed here several time before. However those visits happened over ten years ago. The hotel is clean. That hasn’t changed. The hotel has aged. When I enter the bathroom door would not open. That was quickly fixed. At the end of the day the temperature dropped but the thermostat didn’t work. I tapped it. The cover plate fell off. The control buttons were loose. They worked with the plate off. Finally, the bathtub was very slow to drain.

Staff was friendly and great service. Furnace wasn’t working in our room but there was a space heater provided which was sufficient. Doors to the rooms and bathroom need work as they don’t seem very secure. Lots of places within walking distance to eat and shop. Would stay there again.
