Our stay at the Olympic House Hotel was quite a nice one. The room was small, but alright for sleeping in. Bathroom was clean. We had some troubles with regulating the heat, so it was either a smidge too warm or too cold, but you get used to it. My sister could feel the sprigs in the mattress so she had some troubles sleeping, I didn't have this issue. At night you can sometimes hear the pipes whistling since it's an old building and the walls are thin.
It's located very close to Paddington station (7min) where multiple tube lines go and multiple bus stops are close by. Breakfast is okay - you can get toast, jam, butter, cheese and ham, juice, tea, coffee (only reg. milk), nutella, and soft cake. Alright, but not worth paying a lot for imo. The Greek breakfast hostesses are very sweet as was the man in the reception helping us adjust the heat. Area felt safe at night when walking home.
