Worth the money, such nice & friendly hotel
Amazing! Didn’t except that much based on the good price but WOW! So nice and clean room as well bathroom, friendly staff and perfect continental breakfast. I have absolutely no complains! We are for sure getting back to stay at Phoenix hotel.

Som på många Londonhotel, små rum, väldigt lyhört. Blev dock uppgraderad till bredare säng. Nära tunnelbana (Bayswater). Billig och enkel frukost med tveksam kvalitet. (Ingen ”swiss cheese”). Dock prisvärt och jag kommer att återkomma.

Bra 3-stjärnigt
Väldigt bra 3-stjärnigt hotell. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Städningen bra. Hotellet är renoverat ganska nyligen. Frukosten okej. Vi bokade ett familjerum, var riktiga sängar, inte bäddsoffa. Hotellet ligger i ett väldigt lugnt område, ingen störande trafik.

Sjyst hotell som ligger rätt så centralt
Allt var bra med hotellet. Man får mer än vad man betalar för. Enda nackdelen var att i rummet så var det väldigt tunna väggar vilket gör det svårt att sova för den som är lättväckt.

Billigt och okej!
Bra: + Snabb check-in. Tog typ 1-2 minuter att få sitt kort. + Nära till mat & tunnelbana + Okej rum, men heltäckningsmatta. Samt saknade krokar och plats att lägga saker, förutom en garderob. Dåligt: - En långsam och trång hiss. Tog ibland flera minuter att kunna ta sig upp eller ner. - Frukosten var en vanlig frukost. Bröd, yoghurt, skinka och ost. Inget av det extra så som scrambled egg, bacon eller liknande. - Alltid trångt och små utrymmen.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Phoenix Hotel. Hotellet ligger nära Bayswater och Queensway tunnelbanestationer där man sedan tar sig snabbt vidare i London. Ligger också nära parken Kensington Garden som är trevlig att promenera i. Många trevliga och bra pubar och restauranger på gångavstånd. Snabb och trevlig incheckning. Personalen var trevlig och bra på alla sätt och vis. Rummen är fräscha och städningen utmärkt! Litet men fräscht badrum. Den kontinentala frukosten var helt ok. Snabb och bra service och det saknades aldrig någon mat. Det finns flera sorters juicer, kokt ägg, bra utbud av pålägg, ostar, marmelader, Nutella, grönsaker, bra utbud av frukostflingor, fil och yoghurt. Är man ytterligare hungrig går det att beställa bacon, äggröra, omelette mm till en extra kostnad. Hotellet har också en liten trevlig bar där man kan ta en öl, ett glas vin eller en drink när man kommit hem från shoppingen. Det ända jag saknade var några krokar i badrummet och hotellrummet att hänga upp ytterkläder i. Det finns en rymlig garderob att hänga in kläderna i. Hårtork, vattenkokare med thé,kaffe och kakor finns. Stor och bra tv med bra utbud. Bra skyltade nödutgångar och barnsäkra fönster. Hissen är lite långsam men vem är stressad? :-) Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell om man söker ett boende i mellanklass som är fräscht, har en bra frukost, bra service, har ett bra läge för kommunikationer och är prisvärt. Tyst omgivning. Jag kommer definitivt komma tillbaka hit.

If you want a hotel room that is smaller than a closet, this is your best choice! And the plus is if you get caught in a heat wave, your room matches and even outdoes the outside with several degrees! But honestly, the WiFi wasn't good, the breakfast wasn't anything more than white bread and the elevator is all kinds of fun.

Bra hotell med hård säng
Hotellet ligger bra till med närhet till restauranger och tunnelbana. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, helt ok kontinentalfrukost! Enda stora minuset var en otroligt hård säng som gjorde att åtminstone jag hade svårt att sova alla nätter, samt att det inte finns AC. Men det fanns en fläkt på rummet som funkade bra i 30 graders värme :) Jag skulle absolut kunna bo där igen, med en mjukare säng.

Bott här många gånger. Ett av de absolut bästa 3- stjärniga hotellen i London.Frukosten som ingår är helt ok.Rummen ganska små men yteffektiva. Städningen är mycket bra och personalen är trevlig och tillmötesgående. Enda nackdelen med hotellet är att det saknas AC på rummen.

The location was excellent. Easy two block walk to the Bayswater tube station on the circle line. Easy to hail a cab. Many great restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. The rooms were very clean though the beds were very hard. I asked about changing rooms to get a different bed and was given a mattress topper, which helped slightly. Breakfast was great. It's optional but worh it.

Very conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood that's close to transportation and dining and nightlife. Hotel is a tad outdated but nothing that makes you think twice. Bed was comfortable and the room was the perfect cozy size for one traveller. I'd absolutely stay here again.
