Personen som tog emot i receptionen var ganska otrevlig. Rummet var rent och fräscht men trångt. Stort badrum men dålig dusch. Det går att ta vanlig lokalbuss från terminal 2,3 / Heathrow buss central till hotellet men informationen är bristfällig. Hållplatsen närmast hotellet heter Boltons lane när man åker till hotellet och Mondial Way när man ska tillbaka till flygplatsen. Bussen tar 5-10 minuter. Det ska även finnas busslinjer som går till terminal 5 men det provade vi inte. Den särskilda bussen som kör mellan flygplatsen och alla hotell tar mycket längre tid och är mycket dyrare.

Great large room and comfortable bed however was really warm as it had been hot that day so walked into a sauna and took awhile for the room to cool. Also transport link to the airport wasn’t clear and we ended up spending over 30 mins on a bus trying to figure out how to get to T5 - this could have been explained at check in as opposed to just be handed a piece of paper which the timings didn’t match

This is a beautiful hotel with long confusing hallways. But..once you get to your room it’s well worth it. My room was very clean and the bathroom had everything I needed in it to unwind. The bedding was the best part sheets as soft as skin and pillows as fluffy as a cloud, heaven after a 8 hr flight. Nice lounge and restaurant, although I did not go to either, they looked and smelled really good. Definitely would stay here again

Location for one night is ok, you are limited to the hotel for dinner options unless Macdonald’s is to your liking… Looks like all the money was spent on the entrance/lobby area, we were upgraded to a premier room from the standard and can’t imagine what the standard room would look like. Our room looked like my grandma’s basement with a bunch of old mismatched furniture and not very functional…ie no bedside lamps only bright overhead leds that will keep your spouse awake.. For the money in my opinion there are better options. The staff were wonderful and probably the only redeeming factor we could find…

The lobby was pretty and staff were very nice, although the lobby had a flower scent perfume smell. The carpet in the rooms and floors were stained and smelled like flower perfume and a musty smell (these days a lot of people are allergic to scents and most places are scent free). This hotel would be great if they replaced these carpets and put another type of flooring.

I only stayed one night in standard room. There were a drainage issue in the bathtub in my room; and shower in the ladies changing room at the fitness facility as well. Don’t know if other rooms have the same issue? Please check them and fix it. Other than that, I did enjoyed my stay. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Liked the refreshment at the reception. But specially loved their shampoo, body wash & lotion. I visited Bijou bar on the night - their atmosphere & food was excellent.
